Looking forward to making this recipe...I was just made aware of how beneficial liver is. I will share the end product feedback soon! Thank you for your delicious looking recipe chef!
Ok well noted but let me share here Heat ur oil Add the liver Add the onions after a minute and salt Give it two minutes turn then add the tomatoes When cooked and light turn then let cook whenopen for the water to evaporate(Spices and pepper are optional) When it turns color and is almost dry and begins to stick on the pan it's ready
Sorry to hear that...did you make sure your cooking oil was super hot like the one to fry chips??it is not supposed to cook for that long and make sure there is no water
Rinschef thanks for your reply yes the oil was smoking before I added the liver to stir fry it did as per the video but into 15 mins of cooking though they had browned were very hard that's when I thought of adding water to soften like I would cook goat meat which is also not a tender meat. Didn't work ☹️I still ate it since the gravy was delicious but I wish the liver was tender
@@shikhab2250 my dear I think you cooked it for longer and that could be the reason, and adding water. Just try a second time maybe there was one process not followed as mine was very soft. Alternatively - deep fry the liver for a minute...prepare your sauce and add them, this should also work
Rinschef 🙂I ll give it another shot since I loved the taste amazing recipe and I have been looking at a few of your others as well I want to try those out too !!

I tried it and it was very hard cooked for 40 mins still could not make it soft. The gravy was very tasty. I don't understand how to make it tender ☹️
