It’s been a while since I uploaded. I’m now over 300 days of play, still very much learning with a long way to go.
This cover was recorded and uploaded on July 6th 2024. I’ve been trying to develop my timing and this song is great to use with its slams on the toms at various stages. This isn’t a perfect take, but it’s one of my better practice sessions.
Some transitions need work and I miss a few features. Helpful feedback appreciated.

Hopefully some helpful feedback : )
- I would change that hi-hat pad and drum module place otherway around, so that you can get better hand-positioning for snare/hat-beats. Ofc if youre used to play like this, its fine.
- Also dont know how many times you have played this song, but instead of constant watching of spreadsheets, try to remember the song-stages, like "x-times comes straight beat and then in last time comes tom-fill" etc. Helps you get more groove imo.

Thanks for the advice. I should look at the position of the hi-hat as it has been causing me some issues recently. Also, I know I should be trying to find my groove and not looking too much at scrolling sheet music. This is something I work on as I get more familiar with a song and is a habit I need to improve. Thanks for the feedback.
