    Jason was able to win actually (hullbreaker horror, two positive rocks) was on the field, which can make infinite colorless mana to activate urza infinitely

      I came to say exactly this

      Same here 😅 he can tap them not for colorless, he can tap them for blue mana with his urza

    I gotta say the pacing and the way you guys convey what you're doing is really appreciated.
    Sometimes I'll watch a commander video and be totally lost.
    You guys had a bunch of cards from the new sets and I was following the whole time. Thanks for the videos man.

    You guys do a really solid job of editing your gameplays. I've seen a lot of channels that keep in a lot of player chatter, and it makes the games feel super long and drawn out. But you guys strike such a good balance of peppered-in friendly banter and a primary focus on gameplay. Love your stuff :)

      Thanks! We absolutely try and cut out everything that isn't necessary.

    Yes! I suggested this oops all urza on one of these commander gameplay channels. It's great to see you guys do it!

    I want to nitpick too! You could of played the land you exiled off of that Urza activation. Fun fact: Urza's activated ability is exactly 1 copy of the storm spell Mind's Desire 😁

    Gilded drake states "exchange control or sacrifice gilded drake". That means gilded drake would have been sacrificed when it tried to exchange control with urza, and phyrexian metamorph could not have entered as a copy of gilded drake.

    Jason could've had infinite mana the turn before the game ended. c'est la vie

      Oh yeah, doh, could have bounced his own rocks with Hullbreaker Horror. Ah well.

    Gratz on the Patron influx. You're by far my favorite EDH youtube channel, so nice to see you're doing well. Now, don't go change your format and just keep on producing good stuff!

    Eddie could have activated Karn to get back the forge and win several times

    Both melded cards go to the same zone together, so the mightstone and weakstone should have gone back to his hand, not into exile.

    • @TheDankestDungeon
      @TheDankestDungeon  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, thanks! When we looked into the ruling at the table we read the first part of when you meld "both cards get exiled," and not the second part of "then they are returned to the battlefield."

    Inifinite mana on Urza for the last 2 rounds!! Just bounce 1 and 0 mana rocks with the Kraken. Nice video though :)

    Gilded Drake should have been sacrificed when its target died before the ability resolved

    Dude had hullbreaker horror out and instead of comboing off he bounced opponents permanents?

  • @scorpeanc1990
    @scorpeanc1990 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Jason is just wow multiple times he had the win on bord or at least able to bounce everyone's permeants back to there hand and then get infinite manna and wheel urza for a win con just wow i get he is using it in a edh way with some powerful cards in there but just wow he straight gave the game away even bouncing the verdict back to the guys hand to reply lol it was like watching the chiefs fottball game last week all over again.

      I don’t believe anyone at the table knew that line with Hullbreaker was possible at the time.

    Any one else a little confused on why Jason didn’t go infinite with the horror and the moxes that he had that he could have had infinite mana?

  • @tylerhofstra6124
    @tylerhofstra6124 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    so why didnt you just infinite mana and cast all your stuff and stomp the table?

    This is what happens when people net deck and dont understand how their own cards interact with each other... the main wincon for the high artificer deck was out there and dude just ignores it.

    Everyone messes up Urza's affinity for artifact creatures. But Black Market Connections... ehhhh. I'm having flashbacks of my playgroup.

    Rather then saying which version of Urza, you should've just said "and in playing urza" everytime staring straight into the camera

  • @solidman8360
    @solidman8360 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Eddie could've +1 karn to kill 0 mana artifacts, e.g arrifact lands and mana crypts.
