He didn't even use some actually well-known fan dub studio, so it clearly shows he doesn't know what he was doing. 3) With visual design skills like that I am surprised anyone gave him money at all. And yes, even for a scammer, consistency in design and social media is important. Something may look basic but at least it should be consistent. This guy clearly doesn't follow any rules. 4) There are no mentions of him on any specialized forums (like lolz, at least) or chats, not even those with carders or those who sell useless information. If you want, I may try asking some people and dig further but I think it's just not worth it. That's just some random hopeless unskilled wannabe scammer from unknown location. P.S. oh boy, I just got a perfect idea how to crack on this guy 😜 Will update later

Second, they all pick names that are commonly used for their children. Slavic people rarely deviate from those names, due to culture. Source: My wife was born in Ukraine, and speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English. It’s not impossible, but it’s extremely unlikely for a Russian to be named Dale. So it’s definitely an alias.

The original audio is kept because this anime was never released in Russian officially. Official licensed dubs are normal. (Though sometimes release can be official while still doing that voice over the original audio thing, Jujutsu Kaisen was released on Crunchyroll like that in Russian. Seriously)
