Even watching the end of this episode years later this scene pulls a mean tug on my heart strings. for one that shows that even the most treacherous ones have a soft spot for the ones they give a damn about, and it shows that someone like silverbolt understand that sometimes the damage is done and leave it be. 😢
0:36. To 0:44. Scott McNeil Truly Did Legendary Performances Bringing Dinobot, Rattrap, Silverbolt and Waspinator to Life. This Statement Really Shows that Silverbolt is Truly one of The Most Honorable Maximals.
Man, I haven't seen this episode in so long. Made me tear up like I did when I was a kid. For a kids' cartoon about transforming robots, it had some very deep moments that stick with me to this day.
@Kayrannkanal20 Sadly, that is most certainly true of today. Every adult constantly cracks Buffy the Vampire Slayer style jokes &/or doesn't have the emotional maturity an adult should. Makes the show Arrested Development seem like a prophecy rather than a comedy in retrospect, doesn't it?
Didn’t grow up with Transformers, but discovered Transmutate as an adult through Steve Reviews. I resonate with them. Seeing that they seem to behave much like someone on the spectrum in the comics is cool too.
Even Silverbolt felt sorry for him. He's just that good of bot to feel sympathy for even Rampage. You ask me, even at his most agressive, he represents the best qualties of what the Maximals are about.
Stasis lock isn't really death though; like, the AB and decepticons were in stasis lock for millions of years and woke up fine. It seems more like a 'we literally do not have the resources to care for or aid this transformer's condition and they could be dangerous, putting them into a medically induced coma until we return to cybertron is the best option for now.' Based on how stasis is show elsewhere in the franchise it feels like Silverbolt was overreacting a bit.
@@SaveFierySoulBrothers6743 Well, it turned out to be the worst idea, considering Transmutate got itself killed. Rhinox was right, it would have been better in stasis lock until they can return to cyberton. (At least without the fore-knowledge of megatron taking the planet over)
Too bad they didn’t have any of the protoforms that crashed there they could have simply transferred his spark to a new functional body with intact data tracks and he would have functioned much better.
notice how she doesnt refer to rambage as evil or "bad" she specifically used the word Dark....its as if transmutate on some level understood the suffering Rampage was living
It's confirmed that Transmutate is a she and, if her pod hadn't been so badly damaged, would have still been different due to having a Cybertronian equivalent to autism.
