    Sam, I was not having good days since 4 days ago and I couldn’t move forward. I felt extremely caged with my own thoughts and like Alkesh said societal conditioning.
    Sam, you’ve always been the light to my darkness, and just right at the moment, this came to me. Neti Neti has been an eye opener for me, you know I’ve been putting all the blames on me & couldn’t control and compose my emotions, it really eating me up slowly. Thankyou for being there for me even without your knowing. Truly my guardian angel!!! 🙏🏽🤍
    Alkesh sir, I really loved the part ‘not being introspective > not be self aware > no self acceptance > no inception to growth to happen in life’. Whole episode is just clean and clear and Sam being amazing host of the whole episode.
    Thankyou for this Sam and Alkesh 🥺🥺🥺 sometimes the things you are doing might not getting attention but it reaches to the people that needed it mostly and right at time. Mental health should be considered the most important priority in life, and people like you are being the great guidance to those who’s struggling. Meditation is about inner peace too.     I was diagnosed last month with 7.3cm fibroid outside uterus attached to it. It's been very stressful. Your video related to coping up with dark times in terms of health somehow reached me during right time. Thanks for your positive words. Hope you are doing okay.     Dearest Sam & Alkesh, as always thank you so much for this amazing episode! Its doing so much good - learning & understanding new things & the different aspects about health & of course trying to implement them slowly but definitely! You 2 are doing a fabulous job. Keep going & doing such great episodes. And I Cant wait for the next one.! This episode has discussed many things & thoughts that keeps going on in me. And now I have a better understanding, thank you once again! I am soon going to start with meditation (focusing on breathe) atleast for few minutes like Alkesh mentioned because like Sam told a racing mind distracts us easily.. So happens with me! It's going to help with overthinking that I often complaint about myself. The example of mindfulness of closing our eyes and focusing on sounds is so good..     It's really nice that you're practicing meditation. Inner engineering designed by Sadhguru is a phenomenal program. If one practices this 21 min practice every day, it takes one into deep states of meditativeness very easily and the flow state persists throughout the day along with phenomenal energy. It heals the body so magically that many people come out of debilitating illnesses just by doing this practice. Please try to do this as well. It's been a life changing program for many and it will be for you as well.

    Meditation practices through simple tools like listening music or chanting mantra at badic level but reaching flow state in sync to meditative state we may be able to control five senses or even shut down

    As someone who has seen loved ones who suffered from depression. There is a caveat to meditation and no one talks about it I don't know why. People who are overthinkers or are prone to depressive thoughts should not meditate. (initially), First approach to healing is always always movement. So go out for walks, play your fav music, join a gym or any form of outdoor sports, take in lots of sunlight, and breathwork!!!! omg it does wonders for everyone!!! (checkout so many great videos of that on youtube) and then gradually get into meditation after at least 3-4 months but again start with guided or mantra chanting instead of going into the silent meditation where you reflect or observe your thoughts.

      I understand what he is saying but I am not able to articulate it well.. I suggest you to read the books - The untethered soul and the Surrender experiment by Michael Singer.. it changed my life! My mindset! Best wishes to you...
