accountants are needed by every business , non profit and government. It is a great career . You can work for an accounting firm , big corporation or start your own business. Lots of flexibility.

Hi Agnes great video, I'm currently working as a finance analyst in consulting for Deloitte but I was wondering how could I find out more information about moving into accounts and audit and also how important are the choices we take for the professional exams in deciding what we can do in the future
I think you might be best off calling the accounting field recruiters as they will know what the market demands. I hope this helps.

Heard that being an acca, after getting a job its very stressful and difficult to bring a work life balance. What is the truth behind this?
Depending where you end up working. Stress for sure is there as the deadlines pressure is there but if you are in a big company most of them finish at 5. However the higher you climb the longer you stay..

Ciężko powoedziec jaki uni wybrać, zależy gdzie mieszkasz, jakie masz plany na przyszłość, etc. Ja bym na Twoim miejscu zrobiła ACCA zamiast Uni- taniej ci wyjdzie i krócej a prospect pracy jest lepszy po Acca zamiast uni alone. A na studia musisz mieć świadectwo i sprawdź czy przyjmują interactional students
Dzięki za opinie :) ja mieszkam w Londynie, masz rację taniej i konkretniej jest zrobić ACCA ale jednak jeśli się okaże że to nie to, to z ACCA nie będę miała aż tylu możliwości co z bachelor degree aby zmienić profesję. Dlatego myślę nad uni najpierw a potem ACCA przez employment zrobić. Ciężko zdecydować jeśli nie ma się doświadczenia w tym kierunku aby wybrać jedną opcję. Ale jeśli mówisz że nie warto bachelor robić to też popatrzę jak wygląda program od podstaw aby ACCA zrobić :) dzięki
As long as you're lucky enough to progress the ACCA exams and won't take longer to qualify

Just remember that it’s all worth it in the end and keep pushing for it. You’ll be very proud of yourself one day once you have your certificate

Is it better to pursue accountancy as an apprenticeship or through university?
Don’t go Uni. It will just cost you lots. Do acca with self study it’s totally doable. Try two papers in one sitting at the beginning and the one a sitting this way you will be done in two years.

How come you are a qualified accountant and you hired an external accountant for your husband business 🤔
I never worked in the practice and it’s a lot different to an industry way of doing the accounts. It’s like you’re a doctor but being a heart surgeon you wouldn’t do a brain surgery. Although it’s still a medicine you haven’t got enough experience to do your job well. Hope that makes sense

I know something that'll healll the air of treatment . The King must think of Charlotte,NC an know they will decide who does also who does not get the constitution. They will discriminate also they will honor war crimes as the revolution for industry which helped create the sugar trade if Alabama. Tell the king, to think of Dr. Solomon also Dr. Adrienne Saxton, also Atrium Health, Novamt Health as good people/places that would ruin every other nation except USA. King Charles was diagnosed with cancer an he should wipe his butt thinking about those people instead of stressing in the unknown.
