To Josephine drink mint tea with honey or peppermint tea is also good for the throat and it’s calming on the stomach I drink it when I get sick it helps alot also lemon grass ginger tea is good as well oh and chamomile is also good no milk though because it causes mucus to build up when you have a cold so milk until your cold goes away.
