Do you think pump failed because there to much diesel on his oil ? when you bleeded i saw a green fluid came out which is diesel, i have a same unit and trying to avoid this situation. Thank you
sorry for the late response, diesel mixing in should not hurt a pump. The biggest enemy of pumps is dirty filters (in the pump, the oil filter, and/or the in pump filter screen). Another thing that can eat up pumps is having them too far away from the oil tank. Pumps like to push (high pressure side) they do not like to pull. Having a pump too far away from its fuel source will also shorten its life and put unneeded strain on it. Thanks for watching!
Hey guys that air blower motor is not working on mine, i noticed on your video, as soon as you hit that run switch it came on, mine have spark and running but that damn motor at the bottom of the slide out gun will not come on, what do you think is my issue ? motor it self or is there any fuse for that ? Thanks guys.
Follow the wires from the motor back to the park screws in the slide out. Once the burner is trying to run, you should have 120 volts between those two screws that the wires go to. If you have 120 between those two screws that the motor connects to and it still is not running it is most likely a bad motor! If you don’t have 120v it could be many things, bad wires, air switch not proving, etc. However, since you have spark you most likely will find 120v at the screws, therefore a bad motor
@@BambergersInc. Thanks guys, you have been awesome on helping, i called you today and the guy said just bend over and look on the motor it self, there you will find a safety switch, it must be popped, and i sure bent over and found that small red square button, i pushed and bingo, motor started 😂 !!!!! Love you guys, its just i bought the unit used and it was dissembled and now im trying to figure things out, already followed your 3 part slide out rebuild videos and rebuilt my slide out gun, it was clogged to hell, and finally i was able to get some fire going going, its started, now dealing with 2 issues, fire is not smooth, my oil gauge jumps up and down, i took it a part my oil regulator and sure it is torn a part, ordered rebuild kit for that, second issue is my fan is short cycling and i think because i dont have a smooth fire, so after i rebuild my oil regulator ill see whats next, all of your videos are very helpful, i would be lost without you guys and probably spend thousand of $$ on a service call. Thank you !!!!!!!

Well said!
They should have an additional bleed port by the burner as well. I've seen oil burners detonate trying to light off that way. The joys of the trade.
Not sure what you mean by that? Are you thinking of a normal burner or a waste oil burner?
@BambergersInc. What was confusing?
