20 barbell snatches (95lbs)
20 thrusters (95 lbs)
In time remaining:
Bar facing burpees
Score: 50 Burpees
Slow on the first 3 rounds but feel like I finished relatively strong. Went singles on the snatches and feel like if I were to redo this I’d try to string together triples. Great first two rounds of thrusters but fell apart on the third. Was hoping to get close to 4 minutes on the burpees but was closer to 3. This had an open feel. Give this one a go!
