Can they decide that without an interview? He's in Morocco, I'm in US. We have a shared bank acct in Morocco bc he's not here to add him to my acct. It's a legit marriage. Can't add him to anything bc he's not here in the US. Otherwise we'd share everything. We've only submitted the i-130. They haven't asked about our income or taxes yet.

what if it's a CR1 case, where we are in diff countries. Would we still be expected to have all the banking together? Great video

I was able to put my wife on my health insurance even though she's in a different country. Not every company will do that. But I just told them we are working on getting a visa. We also filed joint/married on our taxes. She is also the beneficiary of my life insurance and my retirement account. She's never been to the US.
