It's possible USCIS might issue an RFE based on an incorrect previous employment date, depending on how important this previous employment is to establishing your qualifications. We'd recommend consulting with an immigration attorney to discuss further.
@@chardlacdao4585 If they issue an RFE on this issue it will definitely prolong your wait time, and it would be up USCIS if they accept a correction to the previous employment time. It's possible they might deny the PERM application and ask you to resubmit with correct dates.
