    I went through 3 stages, each were around 3 months. 3 months of full blown anxiety and bad symptoms until my anxiety got reduced to 10%-20%. Then another 3 months at 10%-20% for my anxiety and symptoms to be reduced to 5%-10%, which is the third stage that I'm at now. I can barely feel anxiety symptoms. If I do it goes away fast. I feel recovered.
    My point is that at the end of each stage it felt that my anxiety was getting worse and then it just gets better. If it feels real bad, don't lose hope and don't give up. As long as you keep living your life and try to "enjoy" the process, you'll come out victorious.

    Hey Shaan. Just read about a girl who uses sign language to help her thru anxiety and panic attacks. It occupies her mind and her physical body while it also calmes her body to slow down to be able to physically manipulate her hands correctly....just a suggestion. First time I saw it as a method for refocusing the mind. I guess learning it could also apply...she signs the conservation she has with her brain to communicate

    I agree with most all you say except for the chemical aspect. Panic/anxiety disorders are genetic, you'll find many people in your family have it, you're not alone. You'll find, also, that those born with this will have random adrenaline & cortisol dumps. So this is what causes you to wake up out of sleep in full panic mode. There's def something to be said about taking the right SSRI for you. Def. It can get you out of a severe cycle you're in and serve as prophylactic grace towards the future, as well as utilizing these treatment options.

      Anxiety can have genetic factors, but it's not solely genetic. Anxiety disorders typically result from a combination of genetic, environmental, and psychological factors.
      1. **Genetics**: If someone has a family history of anxiety disorders, they may be more predisposed to developing anxiety themselves. Specific genes can influence how the brain regulates emotions and stress.
      2. **Environmental Factors**: Life experiences, such as trauma, stress, or upbringing, can play a significant role in developing anxiety. For example, someone who has experienced a difficult or unstable childhood may be more prone to anxiety.
      3. **Psychological Factors**: Personality traits, such as being prone to worrying, perfectionism, or having low self-esteem, can also contribute to anxiety.
      4. **Biological Factors**: Imbalances in brain chemistry, particularly neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine, can also contribute to anxiety.
      So, while genetics can increase the likelihood of developing anxiety, other factors are also essential in determining whether someone will experience anxiety.

      Had the same. It went away after a year off suffering with it. In the beginning it went away for a short time and came back. Then the time between those episodes increased and now it’s really rare and very low in intensity. The more you desensitize the more you and your symptoms chill out. I’m almost completely out so don’t worry

    • @zacharyhamel202
      @zacharyhamel202 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    • @vasi3005
      @vasi3005 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      @@zacharyhamel202 yeah bro. Look as long as you try forcefully to relax, you won’t be able to. Relaxation will come naturally. Sensitization is often described as being unable to relax. I will tell you this; desensitizing does not happen by trying to relax more, but by being okay with suffering right now. It’s the core concept of all this. If you get to be okay with feeling extremely awful but knowing that it’s anxiety and you can’t do too much right now against it, you become chill while feeling bad. Time will pass and you may even forget that you felt bad. It’s actually simple; If you stop resisting this discomfort and your situation / symptoms, it will lift automatically away that extra stress and your body will desensitize on its own. For desensitization your brain needs to become disinterested in this whole topic. So as long as you focus, fear, frustrate, fight or fix your symptoms and feelings, you won’t desensitize.

      This is very simple after 3 or 4 deep acceptance practice
      Ok when shortness of breath start or you feel internally say plz plz stop my breath just i want to stop my breath with full or braveness (it like literally death experience) you have to repeat this especially in night
      Just loos your body close your eyes and practice with deeply
      Brother and sister when you practice this your breath being normal and after some days of practice you have confidance that it just waist of time it's just anxiety nothing else
      I have experience this think almost 4 years but when I practice and provoke all become normal TRUST ME
      Just try to lean Dr.clear weeks method who is creak the code of of anxiety

I’ve never experienced being scared of heart stuff, it’s always been with my head so like neck tension/pain that’s chronic and then head pressure always or like little brain zaps. I’ve had many other symptoms aside from that that have changed throughout my experience but, those have stayed the same throughout and they’re constant for like years now. I’ve been medically checked out multiple times but, I’m scared that since it was a couple months or a year ago something has changed since then.
