wow didn't know this one have CCRP. I've been flying the J21A2 since it came out and grind the whole Swedish tree up to J32 with just that, it is insanely good
how do i turn the ccrp on this thing
Man, I love this plane. Decent attacker, great fighter, easily one of the best Swedish planes.
It really is an ass-kicker.

Bofors, Saab, and Hägglunds make all the weird crap (which I think are all currently the same company, lol)
@@zrspangle NOot gonna lie, the Hagglunds are friggin cool man. I love those things. Impractirical for military use but still cool.
All the A/J21's (including the jet variants) are getting engine fire extinguishers in the upcoming Apex Predator update.
I remember when it was at 3.7 together with J21s. Currently they are at 5.0.
I grinded to swedish jets in only a few days with that lineup.
Same here mate, I spaded the entire Swedish tree when it released, they were so fun and unique
I've been flying the various J-21s for quite some time, but had no idea about the CCRP on the A-3.
Loved this plane. Flew it consistently in sim and grinded to the Tunnan with it (I just never got the hang of the jet versions)
I love these Saab 21s! Which is weird, A21 (all three prop versions once, and I don't like the jet versions od this Saab because they're too slow and don't suit my play style) are in my top 5 favorite fighters in WT. And when I got a talisman on A21A-2 while exping the Swedish tree, I was happy. The engine overheating annoys me the most, and the weak power above 3000km doesn't bother me anyway and I climb with the side climb to about 4km always in battle
Interesting, will have to try this out in ground rb alongside stuff like the ikv 103. Didn't know about the ccrp :)
currently grinding the A21RB with this, it took me 2/3 of 2022 to finally unlock the research of a jet for the first time so... if i'm lucky (and a gaming maniac), I'll unlock that jet by christmas

GAH I hate fighting these, EVEN in a Zero 3!! They're kinda like the A7M, like a miracle prop that was too late for WW2. If you have the energy, they are amaazing!!!
edit: the worst part about them is they somehow manage to turn even with low energy, whereas the A7M turns into a brick like most other planes, also unlike the Zero

loving it finnaly someone doing a newer video about the -21 series, but could u also review the J32B i am trying to play it but get constantly uptiered and killed by all aspect or just outperformed by everything
Wait this thing has CCRP? I've been flying this thing like an idiot this whole time.... Oh well, guess I can start using it properly now.
I have yet to touch any of the J/A-21 series in Air RB, but they are one of my best Air AB lineups in the game. They are SO fun to fly in that environment, because you can just go from target to target, almost guaranteed to blast them apart as soon as you get a clean shot. In fact, I've unlocked almost every plane all the way through Rank V while grinding a great many tasks and events with that lineup. It keeps getting up-tiered, and it keeps being fun, so it's right up there with my American and German Air AB favorites.
I haven't flown the jet versions, but I'm definitely looking forward to playing more of Sweden when I eventually get to them.
I love these aircraft especially the prop versions the 13 Mm season the slap harder then the jets 50.s
From my own attempts at using the CCRP system in ground RB, I found that it’s almost always not accurate enough to land the bomb in the tank kill radius.

Well if they add the J21B it would fix the engine issue it has a DB605E or a Griffon engine was also proposed but never finished I believe the 605E was tested but I don’t have any sources for a positive answer

@@jwilt8375 I couldn’t find the exact engine but it was only proposed and never got anywhere because they were already going into the jet age but my guess it will be a similar variant we see in the mb5
ever since they added custom loadouts to this plane they prohibit bombs and rockets together which doesnt make sense as before the update it was allowed

This plane failed to compete irl until this version when used in the ground attack role
such a good plane, its a shame most players stick to the big 3 nations and just assume all the minor nations are crap
This is literally one of if not my favourite swedish plane atleast for props BUT I DIDN’T EVEN KNOW THERE WAS A CCRP! also the HE rounds on the machine guns are also very good against ground targets such as russian trucks and SPAA so consider bringing it to have an easier time with planes in ground RB aswell
This thing can fly with half a wing in rb at least if the motor is intact and/or if it has some potential energy

Oh yeah, the overheat when the engine gets even a single small caliber hit is atrocious. Once I figured that out, I ALWAYS turned back to base, if my engine got damaged. Of course not when in a dog fight, but once clear straightline RTB, ignoring everything red, unless it was straightlining for me.
I've found the CCRP to be extremely inaccurate when aiming for a vehicle, to the point where just dropping it randomly while diving is much better. Don't know if it was changed recently but it won't let you drop it on the target anymore, only close to the target
Without an auto-tracker (only present on top-tier stuff), the CCRP will only let you target a fixed point on the ground. I have the target keybind set to one of my mouse buttons so I can quickly adjust during my attack run right up until the moment of the drop - you can see me doing this in the CAS clips.

One thing not mentioned in the video is how fragile your tail controls are as they tend to get destroyed very easily in this series of planes

It's a quite recent addition (a few months)
It was added a few patches ago - Ironic because they've had the electronic bombsight equipment modeled inside the cockpit the entire time ......
I wonder if the jet version is good as well, im researching it rn hopefully it’s decent

at 3:47 you are showing loadouts for payloads on the a21 a3 which are literally IMPOSSIBLE to create
war thunder does NOT allow missiles and bombs on the plane at the same time
if you can show how you created these I would like to see since it is literally IMPOSSIBLE no matter how much I try
Those were the preset loadouts before this plane got the custom loadout system added to it.
Very interesting. I actuaally started my Swedish tech tree, because of this plane and some tanks around the same rank. Any other low tier vehicles with some sweet technology inside them you know of?

@@forsakings Yeah I haven't played anymore and I never got this plane. Swedish low tier tanks were just so horrible that the grind was too much.

@@TimsVariety Honestly, I'd probably do ARB myself in VR if I didn't get somewhat sick from the faster maneuvers ARB has over Sim :P
@@epicjulian99 I can only go for about half an hour with the headset, so I do ARB since I can usually finish 2 or 3 full matches in that time.

I mentioned in the "end of 2022" channel update I posted over the weekend, the short answer is "not anytime soon" - the views-per-vid on my WT content would need to increase at least 4x on average just to qualify to get considered....
So in otherwords it's overpowered is what I am getting from this video
