Charsi Karahi is delicate food of peshawar. Charsi Tikka is a restaurant in Peshawar which is very famous for its namkeen tikka and charsi chicken or mutton karahi. In this video, I have shown the same recipe followed by that restaurant. You will get authentic and genuine taste if you follow this recipe.
Written Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg
Oil for frying chicken
Tomatoes 500gms
Salt 1.5tsp
Green Chillies 4pcs

Now tell me what similar dna, looks, ethnicity, culture, heritage Indian ethnicities of Gangetic people of UP, bihari, Bengali, and African dravidian tamils and South Indians have with us Pakistani ethnicities? So stop obsessing over Pakistanis we don’t share any similar Dna our ethnicities are completely different and we are definitely not same people.

Hindu empires like and mauraya later buddhist and gupta all were power hungry invaders who killed and invaded other hindu kings and armies and looted their lands and people and made other ethnicity people their slaves. Besides that subcontinent was always divided into 100s of kingdoms based on ethnicity and those kingdoms and their people all fought other kingdoms and defended their own kingdoms from other invasions. Tamil and other south subcontinent empires fought for centuries against north subcontinent empire invasion even though they both were the same religion of hinduism. So stop acting like subcontinent got divided and blood shed after Islam. Subcontinent was always divided into 100s of different empires even 5000 years ago and we were always divided and killed each other based on ethnicity. And don’t you dare again call Jinnah power hungry he has done the biggest favor for making the call of Pakistan a separate independent country made of the Muslim majority regions of the British empire and to which our ancestors responded to positively and thus joined their ethnjc lands together to form the country of Pakistan 🇵🇰 a separate country made up of ancient regions of Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, kpk, Gilgit-baltistan, Kashmir after the British left their empire.
In all honesty, I was VERY hesitant to try this because of course spices weren't used. I thought I'd give it a try anyway since I don't have anything to lose. OH MY GOODNESS THIS WAS MOUTHWATERING!!!!! MashaAllah tabarakAllah such a simple yet DELICIOUS recipe! I will be making this all the time! InshaAllah
I visited 6 countries including UK and Dubai UAE. Don't know why I loved Pakistan most. it's moosum bahaar was so refreshing. The people and colourful flowers are most beautiful things I've seen in Pakistan and food for sure.

I remember eating this perhaps 45 years ago. It has a unique taste. I love your videos you do a good job. Please do a good chicken qorma recipe and kofta curry, we live on the other side of the globe cannot get iron khari here in the US, stores mostly Indian owned. Next time I am in Pakistan will bring one back. They should be made out f stainless steel.
