I'm from peshawar and I know how to make mutton namkeen rosh. The way you cooked it is 100% correct and the real recipe👌😋.
The only thing we cook it on Coal (as you already have mentioned), but it doesn't make huge difference❤
can you please tell me in wich restaurant in peshawar tomota is used in rosh..? becuase in original recipie there is no tomato.

I tried it , its delicious and easy to cook as directed by you. But the time for cooking should be around 1.15 hrs for 1 kg of goatmeat ( khashi) because there is a possibility of the lower layer getting burnt if cooking is done for more than 1.15 hrs as happened in my case . I had used earthen handi .
