Not everything. I’ve mentioned what is open to the public & what is for the passengers in the video. I remember an ATM machine at the check in hall, and one in the arrival hall just after the passenger comes out from the Baggage collection area. There are a couple or more EZ link vending machines at the MRT that I remember seeing.

The sleeping lounge is meant for that. You can also use the chairs available. Not an issue at all. In fact a few months back I myself had a 12 hour layover there. Nothing to worry about. Ample of attractions as well as places for you to get some sleep. Have mentioned in detail in the video

I have 12 hours of night layover in singapore airport. Do I have to sleep there in the chairs ? Is it possible?
