Visited Croatia, Montenegro, Albania last year. Going back in like 9 days straight to Dubrovnik, then to Budva [Montenegro]. Our arrangement includes mountain safari in national park Biogradska gora/Durmitor in north of Montenegro and I cannot wait. Albania and Montenegro are kinda under the radar but are fast becoming incredibly popular among the tourists from the west.
It's really a good idea to start exploring a brand new country with a food tour. You wind up picking up so much information and impressions that will color your whole stay in the country.
Wow! Lovely vlog. Albania I believe was a closed country for many years and I am told that by some quirk in the 60s the music of Elgar was top of the charts... But so good to see art and culture dominating the place over money and commerce. No surprise then that the people are so friendly. These six vlogs will be unique... thanks for taking us along :) Feta and honey: nom nom nom nom nom.
We're pretty confident everyone can take something away from the 6 videos - we tried to cover a different topic, adventure, scene, crazy tale etc in each one. Fascinating and beautiful place... that serves feta and honey, so its a winner
We have just arrived in Tirana this afternoon and have 10 days to explore this diverse city. We enjoy most of the videos that you guys post and this was absolutely one of the better ones. Will definitely try out a few of the culinary delights suggested. We agree that local food and drink is a great way to learn about the culture, people and history of a region or city.

Daneger and Stacey I forgot to mention the zoom in butt shot with g-string thumbnail 😂. But honestly you guys put out some of the best relatable contents out there and it’s so inspirational. I’m also a minimalist traveler. At least I try to be. Whenever I have a city in mind that I wanna visit, I usually scroll through your channel. Excited for this travel series, guys! I'm a big fan of seeing "the roads less traveled". These sort of countries are often my favorites, and are so often overlooked by travelers. Not much content available on places like Albania. Looking forward to seeing what you've got comin'!
Glad you're digging it dude. We love visiting these spots that are less traveled as well, makes for a more authentic experience and some epic randomness in Albania for sure
Hi , how fab is Albania looking, you are right when you say underated ,would of never of thought to holiday there but my eyes are wide . Looking forward to the rest.👍💖
Very beautiful and cheap and very friendly that I never seen before , there is no crime unlike other countries and the religion is mostly Muslim but when you there you will not hear about religion just an Albania people having a good life . Happy people . You have to visit the south Albania and you will be surprised . You can walk alone day night nobody bothers you . You can leave your car open and nobody touch it.. worth country to visit

I am so happy that more and more people are visiting Albania. We are very happy about that. We Albanians love to get to know other cultures and people. In germany, it is not very well known to visit albania, they prefer to avoid it. I love albania for the warmth, friendliness and everyone welcomes everyone and everyone is helpful. The only thing that bothers me is the albania and Serbien do not have a good connection but i hope that improves and to all the serbs who read this , you are welcome and i hope we are also ❤️🌺🇦🇱
Hey Dane and Stacey 👋🏼 Thank you for this amazing video (and the following ones will also be amazing for sure) Love your series and especially this one! I'm Albanian myself and live in Switzerland but my parents are from Kosovo and so I've never visited Albania. Your video about Tirana makes me wanna go there so badly... It's beautiful! 😍 Thank you very much for this video and of course all other ones as well! You're doing an amazing job!! 😊
Albania sure doesn't SEEM like the poorest country in Europe. I have been to Belarus, and the not-so-genteel poverty was in evidence everywhere. I have seen none of that from your video. Maybe you just didn't show it, but as they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, and so far the eating has been way above expectation. At least for me.
Admittedly we like to show the nicer side of a city people don't expect, but the next 2 videos will show even deeper into Tirana. It really is surprisingly well developed and nice!
albania is not a poor country...the problem is our government, they don’t do anything for us (im albanian) we are friendly and good people (we are beautiful tooo 😉 hehe) Albania is one of the most beautiful countries in europe -sorry for my english
Sorry..but we arent poorest country in europ.. bad information for u . Im albanian ..and life here ist more beauty than you think . Visit tirana and enjoy dhe soul of this city ..

Have so enjoyed your video series on Tirana!!! I watched most of your vides before I flew to here, and now that I'm here, wow am so amazed by the hospitality, and the genuine beauty and art. The food you guys have had seems delicious! I've loved the coffee shops around here mostly, it's something I like doing everywhere I travel to. Keep up the awesome videos guys! 😊 ☕️
Hey guys great video! I loved it! Allow me just to make a little correction to the part when you say random building and there's girls taking pictures. That is actually the tomb of Kapllan Pasha. Is was a sort of administrator of Tirana during the Otoman Rule and was from one of the most well known families in Tirana, which is Toptani. That tomb is a cultural monument which means is protected by the Government which is the reason why when the Plaza Hotel was built had that sort of dome shape above it to protect it and the gold color serves as a sort of "stage" for the tomb
I live in Albania and in your vlog it looks more beautiful than we actually see . The people are really nice too . They love tourist ❤️ Hope you had a great time here 😘 You have much more to see 😉
Bit of a giveaway when there is a fresh food street market, and none of the locals are going near it. You're spot on, it's for tourists and they are shooting themselves in the foot with their prices.

Seriously the day I’ll stop following you guys would be the day I see Stacey starts wearing fake eyelashes and make up contours. 😂 jk Thanks for sharing and making my day!
HAHA definitely gave us a laugh here - we're SO not those people at all. What ya see is what ya get, no acting or over the top bollocks a lot of other channels have. Glad we can show off Albania, your BF is from a cool place
And when I’m back home feeling depressed waiting around until my next vacation, I just tune in and binge watch all your episodes. You guys give me life 🥰😍
@@JuneK618 Happy we can give you life haha!! Stay tuned for some g-string thumbnails coming soon... of my butt (Dane) 🤣
Daneger and Stacey For Dane’s butt shot, I will most certainly make an exception! 😂
I love Albania I’m so happy I’m Albanian from both parents and get to visit it a lot. it’s a very beautiful country and has amazing food ❤️❤️. I’m so happy someone finally did a vlog on this country
Thank you so much for making this video! I lived there my whole childhood and there is so many people who underrate Albania witch makes me sad because there is so much more to my country!
Totally agree - thats why we wanted to explore as much of the country as we could and show people
Excited for this travel series, guys! I'm a big fan of seeing "the roads less traveled". These sort of countries are often my favorites, and are so often overlooked by travelers. Not much content available on places like Albania. Looking forward to seeing what you've got comin'!
Brandon Lovett albania is definitely underrated! that’s why i love it here! 😁
Glad you're digging it dude. We love visiting these spots that are less traveled as well, makes for a more authentic experience and some epic randomness in Albania for sure
The best video ever ❤️🇦🇱
Thanks!
Jesteście najmilszymi ludźmi na TH-cam ❤️
You keep making me add countries to my list!!! Love it!!!!
Wow.TIRANA IST WUNDERSCHÖNE STADT..I..LOVE TIRANA..❤🇦🇱
Hi , how fab is Albania looking, you are right when you say underated ,would of never of thought to holiday there but my eyes are wide . Looking forward to the rest.👍💖
Exactly the reason we wanted to visit! These gems that get less exposure are worth their time in the spotlight to see if they hold up :)
Looks like a really great place! :D Love Dan and Stacey's vids very much! Would love to visit Tirana one day, try Albanian food and experience their lifestyle! It feels sad that the situation between the politicians of our countries isn't really good right now, really hope things will get fixed in the future though! Best regards from Serbia!
Definitely seems like theres a bit of tension there, a few comments going at each other as well, its all love from us - Serbia was special as well
I am Albanian and thanks to these guys videos I checked out Belgrade, definitely is one of the cities I’d love to visit.
Im so sorry for the politics but don't forget a thing wen you are in Albania no one can toch u wherever you are from in Albania u will be welcome. Greeting to Serbian people let the politics do their thing wi don't give a .... for them com and enjoy the live in peace with as.
Its very simple mate.Don't follow the Politicians and the bloody news papers and you'll be fine. Not only you, every one in our region should go politician and media free
Don’t run around with Kosovo is Serbia tshirt and you will be welcomed
The cloud pavilion is like instagrammable place 😍 We'd love to have that mountain tea, thank you haha.. can't wait for more albanian videos judging from how good the food 😄
Thinks only go up from here, well, kinda sideways with the Tirana ones cos of how interesting it is, then its pure adventure!
I just subscribed your channel 🌸 thank you for visiting my country 🇦🇱♥️ lots of love
Just moved here for a year. I love Abanians and their country, already.

Oh, this is great timing! We are off to Tirana in September, as well as Skopje in North Macedonia. Really excited to see what else you get up to in Albania 😊. I am making a note of the beers 😃. Enjoy!
Ahh then you're gonna love the next grouping of videos then!
Thank you for the positive and kind words❤️you guys are the best kind of visitors!

You are such a good-looking and good-natured couple - you will have gorgeous and sweet children.
You're always so sweet ❤️
Sure...cuz looks are everything
@@evidencematters7588 Good-natured and sweet have nothing to do with looks.
Thanks for sharing, another great video from you both..safe travels..❤️🇨🇦😊
Great video, welcome to our country, keep that great content flowing, you guys create amazing content... God bless
Too kind - thank you!
Finally someone. Showing up different holiday destinations!! And no the usual paris- london- rome- new york!!!! Good job guys! Stay unique and different!! I really enjoied this video!
Appreciate that, thanks! We've done Paris and London videos haha, but we do break the mould often on purpose.
Just came back from there 2 weeks ago , great city.
You guys are great all Albania ❤ you keep up the good work , Fantastic job.
wooooooow you're already in my cityyyyyy!!!!
Loved it - cool place
Unfortunately Albania gets characterized as crime-infested in many movies and so this is a nice view into normal life.
Thanks!
The only thing that bothers me is the albania and Serbien do not have a good connection but i hope that improves and to all the serbs who read this , you are welcome and i hope we are also ❤️🌺🇦🇱
Thanks for visiting our country, hope you enjoy your trip❤️
Albania 🇦🇱 my love ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hey Dane and Stacey 👋🏼
Thank you for this amazing video (and the following ones will also be amazing for sure)
Love your series and especially this one!
I'm Albanian myself and live in Switzerland but my parents are from Kosovo and so I've never visited Albania.
Your video about Tirana makes me wanna go there so badly... It's beautiful! 😍
Thank you very much for this video and of course all other ones as well! You're doing an amazing job!! 😊
What an awesome comment - thank you! You're really going to enjoy the next 5 videos then, a very cool place. Thanks for the love ✌🏼
@@DanegerAndStacey Thank you! ☺️
Love how you transmit the feelings of the experiences you had. Thanks for showing that to the world. Awesome.
Glad you enjoyed it!
very informative and nice edited video!
Wonderful visiting the ''dangerous albania'' as ppl think and showing the opposite.
thank you so much! .
Albania is not the poorest country in Europe, there are at least a dozen poorer countries in europe, especially if measured by HDI index.
albania is not a poor country...the problem is our government, they don’t do anything for us (im albanian) we are friendly and good people (we are beautiful tooo 😉 hehe) Albania is one of the most beautiful countries in europe
-sorry for my english
Sorry..but we arent poorest country in europ.. bad information for u . Im albanian ..and life here ist more beauty than you think .
Visit tirana and enjoy dhe soul of this city ..
@@megimania3036 I'm planning to visit next year. Sorry if I have caused offense. It wasn't my intention.
Thanks for this. Albania is on my list. The down thumbs will be from triggered Serbs.
Haha yeah a few nasty Greek comments as well slipping in, thats the internet for ya

Awesome vlog!👏
Have so enjoyed your video series on Tirana!!! I watched most of your vides before I flew to here, and now that I'm here, wow am so amazed by the hospitality, and the genuine beauty and art. The food you guys have had seems delicious!
I've loved the coffee shops around here mostly, it's something I like doing everywhere I travel to. Keep up the awesome videos guys! 😊 ☕️
So stoked to hear you're loving it! Enjoy
Very cool video. I look to visit SE Europe in 2020.

Wow great vid guys....so surprised by Albania....oh well another place to add to my to do list!
I live in Albania and in your vlog it looks more beautiful than we actually see . The people are really nice too . They love tourist ❤️ Hope you had a great time here 😘 You have much more to see 😉
Subscribed! Nice way of delivering content! Keept it up.
PS:Linda rocks!
Bit of a giveaway when there is a fresh food street market, and none of the locals are going near it. You're spot on, it's for tourists and they are shooting themselves in the foot with their prices.
Yup! There was the odd local, but you can sort of tell it's not really their preference
Albanians work on family bases we cook just as good at home. So we eat at home a lot mate. Is not only coz of prices
