Good video James , thanks for sharing , God bless brother !
One other review i saw recommend CCI ammo.
I need to get my 22 out soon.. it's been too damn long.
Thanks for the video brother
I hope it worked better after you added a lot of lube. From reading other reviews for that rifle or seems like it's either a love it or hate type of weapon. I hope it's a love it for you. Looking forward to seeing it more and working correctly. Thank you for sharing. God bless and stay safe.
Nice review on the rifle
Built-in table LOL I hear ya, brother!
Maybe it just needed a good cleaning. The extractor probably had some factory gunk.
Needed lubed
awesome
What are you confused about? It’s a typical Turkish 22 . No bolt hold open without magazine installed. The wax on the cheap armscore ammo gets stuck inside on some spent rounds and on duds. Keep it clean and lubed . Recommend cci mini mags as the primary ammo of choice .
Numerous commenters are saying CCI (mini mags, etc etc) also have plenty of wax on them as well. Reports that revolvers don't like them and they have to bang the shells out. ??
Very nice
Good advice on practicing with ones gear, wonder if that was an ammo issue? Good un James!!! Dan
It needed lube lots of lube
Same issue wife had which lots of lube fixed however same thing happens with the after market 25rd mag and aguila ammo.
Nice
They need a good cleaning and lubing when new. 👍 Im sure you resolved it by now though 😊. I remeber many years ago i had a brand new Ruger 45 auto gum up on me after just one mag of shooting. I was pissed. But it was just the packing grease in them when new. It gums up fast. Has to be cleaned out and lubed. After that I never once had a jam or hangup in 15 years 👍
I know better but always try to put things through worst case scenarios. After a good cleaning and rub down it works great
Mine work’s flawless
Good cleaning and use high velocity quality 22 ammo.
I wish they'd make the magazines wider looking. Perhaps like with the Moss 715 where they widen the mag at the exterior part, just for looks.
Bought one today, had the same stuff happen to me. Made sure it was oiled and everything....still had some failures
I'd give it a good cleaning and oiling
Ammo issue I have that same rifle and I have no problems whatsoever out of it shoots great. Its the ammo you're shooting tri different ammo. After all, 22 is finicky.
Mine functions flawlessly straight out of the box, however it’s the MOST inaccurate rifle I have owned in over 30 years. I absolutely ❤ the trigger
Mine really likes a lot of oil.
BTW for purchasing the TM22 you’re entitled to a free 25 round mag from RIA
Yes, another viewer let me know. It comes Wednesday and I’ll be taking it to the same. Thank you
Really?
how do you claim this?
Is the front sight a traditional ar15 post, or more similiar to a 10/22 bead sight?
traditional
@@HarshmanHills do you recommend this rifle? I already have a 10/22 that has never been reliable. Looking for something else.
@@tuffguy6852 once the break in period is done, i have loved it. once i realized it likes to be wet, i keep it lubed well. works with cans well also.
Cool gun and maybe a bad round in the chamber? 👍👍👍👍🔧
Needed lube
Can we shoot using the thread protector that came with it
Yes
Oh, wondering, did you ever get a chance to try your suppressor on this one?
Yes and it works perfect. Actually going to the range this weekend hopefully and will be doing a couple videos with it
@@HarshmanHills Look forward to it. Hope you have fun.
I have yet to shoot my TM22 featherweight. I hope that I don’t encounter these problems
Lube it up
Its a cheap rim fire your going jam up 😊. Stick with 9mm
Looks like that rifle needs some lotion or else it gets the hose again 😄
Just purchased one and took it to the range and had the same exact issue 🤦🏽♂️
Lubrication is your friend
Im curiouse if anyone has real experiance with the polymer mags. Mine came with x2 10rnd metal. And i purchased a bunch of metal 25rnd mags and all works flawless. But suddenly all i can find are the polymer ones and im hesitant to purchase since theres no reviews of the polymer ones
I haven’t yet
But arnt the mags your running polymer? Lol
@@mikelalonde6874 yeah, so I am stupid. the 10 rounders are polymer, the 25 is metal. and they run good
All good lol. Thanks for taking the time to get back to me. Ill pick some up and give them a go
All mine are polymer, two 10rd and the one 25rd. No problems yet.
Always thoroughly clean any new firearm before using it
these guns DO NOT like cheap ammo. use the Hight doller stuff, no problems.
It could be the way you loaded the bullets into the clip
Not really. Needed a good lube job
I am thinking ammo issue but not sure!
Mix between ammo and not enough lube. Runs great now
Couldn’t tell if you only got 9 off at end or all 10??
I think I got all 10 off
@@HarshmanHills Well you would know if you checked the barrel or the clip
@@PenntuckytheCrag that was a long time ago lol
@@HarshmanHills hahaha
@@HarshmanHills But hopefully you’ve checked since then
First shots….first to comment
For 200 bones you cant complain.
Armscor isn’t ammo. I can guarantee it’s the ammo.
Sure sounds like it needs some oil
Lots of lube
This is cheap garbage stick with the nine millimeter. 😊
ah come on. nothing wrong with a plinker
