      Yes sir blue collar reviews everyday we don’t care about theater and aren’t in this to pump out gun manufacturers because we aren’t bought by them and it would seem other people would see that and want to watch a real down to earth shooting. This video convinced me to buy one. So much freakin' fun for steel plinking and some light bench shooting. I've had my TM22 all metal variant for about 3 weeks now. 500 rounds deep and one cleaning after all those rounds. I did however lube up the bolt and receiver thoroughly prior to use. I've tried every grain/velocity of Aguila, Armscor and CCI I could find, zero malfunctions. Also ran Federal plain white box 36 grain lead hollows my friend had and no problems other than a 2 failures to cycle from audibly weak loads. Guy at the gun shop also tried to sell me a M&P 15-22, I did not let him sway me to say the least. Guilt free fun brother!

    Look closely at the movement of the OP/ Marksman how he handle the rifle. It is so effortless. That's exactly what I feel on that same rifle. I get nothing but accurate shots, near flawless ejections, and I love leaving it on the stock iron sights. Everywhere I point that rifle, that's where the bullet lands. I have a Ruger 10/22 tactical that I really like, But I use the RIA TM-22 more. There is nothing I can say about that rifle but good. There is no way on earth I would trade that rifle for anything. I been using the CCI mini-mag 36 grain 1260 FPS. It definitely unlock the magic of the TM22. Enjoy.

      I’m continually shocked by the performance of this rifle. I’m literally in awe. I’ve bought H&K MP5 22, S&W M&P 15-22, Ruger and H&K 416 and none of them performed like this one. I’d take nothing for my wood stock Ruger 10/22 but with the already unreliable 22 round I’m shocked that in nearly 1200 rounds through this gun with basically underpowered crap ammo it’s only failed 3 times to fire that I can recall and it was all ammo related as per usual with 22. Love it. Thanks for watching and commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already

      @@GSquaredTactical Amazing! I am so glad youre enjoying you rifle. There is something about this rifle. When I look at the stock iron sight, as ling as your target is inside the O and the front pointer sight. That's where the bullet lands. I have the target set inside the range at 25 years. Its just nothing but just around bullseye perimeter. And the sound of the charging system, WoW.. Its like a small AR15 that can travel long range for a 22RL.
      I want to ask you if you ever come across of an aftermarket high capacity magazines besides the stock polymer and metal, Please let us know. I want to buy 4 more. Thank you for posting an honest review.. One of these days, I'll post something too. Enjoy! Subscribed...

    Just got home from the range with this little guy. I was already aware of the issues people report in the comments here, and they arent wrong. Sent maybe 100 rounds through it (Win Super X 40gr) 2 fails to eject, 1 round got stuck in the chamber, and 1 blew up in the chamber. This was straight out of the box, bone dry. Still a ton of fun, but highly recommend cleaning/lubing it up before shooting. Going to be doing so before I go out next. If you can get it on sale, it's an awesome little rifle

      @@GSquaredTactical I think it's just picky about the ammo. I'm new to firearms, I heard .22 is a dirty caliber, and there were definitely some shotty rounds in my box. The one that got stuck in the chamber turned out to already have a dent in the casing.

Great gun and hasn't ever miss fired, or jambed and I e put at least 200 rounds. Mostly cci. Stingers or target ammo. Blazer sometimes. Getting my background check passed was the hardest ( 6) times tried. I need precise discrimination about my name and address! I bought one. Mine is back at the factory for the second time. Cant even get it on paper at 10 yards. Then the bolt wouldn’t retract rearward enough to eject the round. I was shooting with a dead air mask suppressor using subsonic ammo. It wouldn’t cycle. I had to rack the action each time. Got it back, same thing. With the exception they did fix the bolt and removed the spent (not stuck) case. I had a class 3 RIA M-60 that ran belt after belt with no issues other than a bent link one time. The link was bent BEFORE the belt was loaded into the gun. I shoot everything from .17 HM2 to 20mm and everything in between. They told me to send it back and they would replace it. Now their gunsmith called me last week and said they couldn’t find a problem. Told them to try it with a suppressor. They then told me that I might be experiencing baffle strikes due to the barrel not being threaded right. So they now say they might have to cut the threaded pard off and rethread the barrel! They cant seem to make up their minds right now! I REALLY wanted to like the gun. But the accuracy evidently isn’t all that great.

    • @GSquaredTactical
      @GSquaredTactical  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      That is wild. I have never even cleaned this gun and will just occasionally take it out to the range if I take one of my adult children with me or some new person and we will just shoot it for fun and I shoot it suppressed with my obsidian nine and although you can never really say you haven’t had one single failure when it comes to 22 LR it Has had very few surprisingly very few. Front sight comes attached, the carrying handle comes in the box and attaches with a single included Phillips head screw. Kind of hard to slide the handle on the rail, needed to tap mine. Mine would only cycle Mini Mag and Aguila Super Extra, cheap bulk was single shot. I fixed it with a cheap generic ebay spring. I posted details on thefiringline forum semi auto rifle section. @GSquaredTactical  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’ll say this as the old guy here (Gene). I love the Ruger 10/22 and wouldn’t choose this over that for pure nostalgia reasons. Also, the Ruger is different in that it’s not an AR style 10/22. Out of all the 10/22’s I’ve ever shot I’ve never gotten through nearly 400 rounds without a single failure which is still mine blowing to me about this $150 rifle. .22 lr at is best is still finicky and the round itself can be unreliable or make a blowback rifles unreliable. For $150 I can absolutely recommend this rifle. Thanks for watching and commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already

      Hard to say honestly as we have had zero issues. I just bought one of these based off of your review and man I'm so disappointed. Its a straight up piece of crap! Couldn't even get more then 10 minutes of shooting or less at the range before it became unusable. Multiple failure to feed, failure to eject and failure to fire! Then the damn magazine release broke so it wont hold either of the magazines lol. So I might have fired 15 rounds at the range before it became unusable. Wanted to put this out there for others to see so they can decide whether its worth risking the purchase. I have reached out to armscor for a warranty claim but this is ridiculous. My advice would be to spend another $100 or so and go with a better gun like a ruger 10/22.

    • @GSquaredTactical
      @GSquaredTactical  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      That is absolutely wild because it seems these days every time we go to the range if we take someone new, we will bring this with us just to let them shoot it. It was so cheap. I have not even bothered to clean it or anything and to my knowledge, other than a few underpowered rounds of ammunition, this thing has been completely flawless, accurate as hell and nothing but fun times. I lost track of how many rounds we have put through it after 800 or so, and still have not cleaned it. Also, not a single other person has commented that they have had problems we have heard nothing but Praises and wonderful feedback. You must have gotten a lemon.
