Have really enjoyed both videos - I'd describe myself as an advanced player yet there was one tip in there that I was completely oblivious to. A return tip from me: Wallride and wallieplant (different to wallplant, it's a boneless while wallriding) are definitely something to recommend building into combos. They help to create lines where no obvious line seems to be there, and adds 2 to your multiplier. Occasionally you can get multiple wallieplants and this gives you enough height to get a cheeky special air trick in.
In the last video you showed how to spin while grinding a rail by hitting the R1 button. I have been trying but for some reason this doesn't seem to do anything for me. Is there something more to this?
This question is somewhat related to a lot of what you shared in the video. Let's say I need to hit two special tricks in one combo. Both tricks are grab/flip. I can often hit the first special, but even with the revert and manual I don't have enough speed to go up another half pipe and hit the second special.
What’s the best way for a newbie to keep the combo points going..I know how to do the 900 and 360 verial mctwist but I want to learn the combo points and keep the points going
It's amazing how easy it comes back if u played the original the claw was so index finger was so natural on giant n64 paddle🤣🤣 cool video I wish we could get off the board t.h.u.g. it mad setting up line so much better in my opinion
Very nice. I'm curious about straightforward use of the revert to continue vert tricks. As in, staying on the vert ramp and using revert to continue a combo as you go back and forth. It's not a commonly used technique, though I've executed it a number of times. The timing seems to get weirder the more I go despite pretty good landings and the best height I can manage.
Thanks for your awesome tips. very valuable. Still struggling on some basics, especially spinning tricks that I can never land, you make it look so easy. Is it worth combining spin tricks with flip tricks (on ramps), and if so, should you do the flip tricks first and end with the spin tricks?

Said this on your part 1 but since you didn't cover it here I feel it needs repeating. When you're skating up to a ramp to do a grind, whether in manual or not, depending on speed depends on if you do 1, 2 or 3 flip/grab tricks, do said trick and hold R2. If it's a transfer it'll put you on the other side, if there's no transfer it will put you up on the coping. When you're coming down, doesn't matter where you're in the air trick, to the rail hit triangle. You'll go straight into a grind. So say you do pop shove it, pop shove it, madonna in the air with a 540 spin...you're gonna have about 13k in points, if you haven't done those tricks yet, with a x4 or x5 multiplier if it's a transfer before even going anywhere in your grind. If you're not comfortable with doing anything past that grind, you'll still end up with a combo score of 60-70k. Playing online, I've seen plenty of people have issues in combo mambo getting anywhere near that. Just doing that won't win you any rounds but it'll be a good start in your learning of chaining even more tricks.

I used to play American wasteland on Xbox live and rack up like 16million+ combos. I was obsessed with thps games. I'm downloading the remastered now
Update, I'm no where near as good at this version now, but I top out around 2 million on my good comboa

do it somewhere else
Holding A/X will make you go faster during a manual so you can get the extra trick
You can save some speed by jumping, so like, revert + manual, jump, manual

Grinding a rail multiple times makes you go fast af. They dont need to be special. You can go straight yup rails just jumping on and off.
How do u flip with the grab move
I do believe you double tap up or down on the dpad
