I have UV and glare proof on my eye glasses so should I use only warm distilled water and a little dawn power wash detergent?

Yup, that's why I use too and my glasses have been fine. It's mainly whether there are any loose parts in the hinges or screws. Hope that helps!

Do not put coated Eyeglasses lenses in an Ultrasonic Cleaner !!!!
