In today's video I am going to show you a week in my workout routine. I am currently training for a triathlon, so my training program is slightly different than usual. My typical week right now goes:
Monday- Cardio
Tuesday- Lower Body
Wednesday- Upper Body
Thursday- Cardio
Friday- Lower Body
Saturday- Swim
Sunday- Bike
