Me too exactly!!! She reminds me of Kelly Clarkson sweet like her and somewhat of personality. I came across an old video of her a few years back in the past making buttercream, which I had watched a few years back, but I didn't subscribe to her. But, when the video of her doing a wedding cake with the two store bar cakes came up on my feed as a suggestion last week. I watched her I said I love her she's awesome now I'm obsessed with her!! ❤️🙂

NEVER EAT GHOST PEPPER. My aunt ran out of cayenne pepper and substituted ghost pepper for it. Word to the wise: it is supper hot and hard to dilute the spice of it.

My couch is like 30-40 years old and the fabric on the seems has already broken open and texturewise it looks the same inside as the cloud bread. Not that colorful though.

when you whip eggs, you incorporate air into it. you can make cakes and "bread" without yeast or baking powder, but it needs to have air in it to rise
Good point but just because something rises doesnt make it bread yah know. I wouldn't consider this bread. It's more like a meringue

I was wondering this myself! It's literally mirangue with not enough sugar!
kezylovespontins meringues (e then i, then u!) have a LOT of sugar in them, that’s what makes them brittle and edible. Without the sugar and adding starch to keep them stretchy is pretty looking but I suspect must taste quite bad.
I use cream of tarter vs cornstarch, and more sugar...but yes...meringues!

I was super excited because it looked like 蒸しパン/mushi pan (steamed bread) in Japan... but it wasn't! Mushi-pan is delicious! Its sweet, light & fluffy. It uses actual bread ingredients like flour. I bet you could add food coloring to a basic recipe and get much better results..! (Hint: Use the keywords "How to make 蒸しパン" - A lot of videos that include English instructions will come up.) Happy baking!
I used to make cloud bread before I developed an egg allergy but my recipe was quite different to yours and definitely more savoury... very nice for cheese sandwiches and a good bread substitute.
