I took an HP class in undergrad and for our 'show and tell' day I brought in butterbeer cupcakes. Instead of using butterscotch pudding and marshmallow fluff, I used a homemade butterscotch ganache that soaked the cupcake and was drizzled on top of the cream soda buttercream. I also made them vegan!
Sounds like your gears are grinding. You actually do need to oil them with appliance oil. Marshmallow fluff creamed together with cream cheese makes an awesome fruit dip.
Here is the recipe :) INGREDIENTS Butterbeer Cake: 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/4 tsps baking powder 3.5 oz butterscotch instant pudding mix one package 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 3 large eggs room temperature 1 1/4 cups cream soda clear 1 tsp clear vanilla extract * Marshmallow Frosting: 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter room temperature 4 cups powdered sugar 14 oz marshmallow fluff store bought or homemade 1 tsp clear vanilla extract Assembly:butterscotch sauce **gold sanding sugar INSTRUCTIONS Butterbeer Cake: Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour three 6" cake rounds and line with parchment. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, pudding mix, and salt until well combined. Set aside. Using a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream butter and sugars on med-high until pale and fluffy (approx 3mins). Reduce speed and add eggs one at a time fully incorporating after each addition. Add vanilla. Alternate adding flour mixture and cream soda, beginning and ending with flour (3 additions of flour and 2 of cream soda). Fully incorporating after each addition. Bake for about 40mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Place cakes on wire rack to cool for 10mins then turn out onto wire rack. Allow to cool completely. Marshmallow Frosting: Beat butter until creamy. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time. Beat for 3 mins. Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract and beat until fluffy (2-3mins). Assembly: Place one layer of cake on a cake stand or serving plate. Top with 2/3 cup of frosting and spread evenly. Top with 1-2 Tbsp butterscotch sauce (optional), swirl into frosting. Repeat with remaining layers and apply a thin coat of frosting all over the cake. Chill for 20mins. *** Use the remaining frosting to frost the top and sides of the cake. Chill for 20mins. Using a teaspoon, drizzle butterscotch sauce along the top edges of the chilled cake, allowing some to drip down. Pipe dollops on the top using an Ateco 867 or Wilton 6B tip. Fill in the top of the cake with more butterscotch sauce and spread evenly. Sprinkle with gold sanding sugar if desired.
There are 3 acceptable uses for Fluff. 1) eat it straight off the spoon 2) in hot chocolate and 3) in a fluff'n'nutter sandwich (white bread, peanut butter & fluff). Also, Walmarts Great Value brand of cream soda is the same color if you're looking for an alternative to Stewarts.

I’m Hispanic and we have quite several pops for kids that have bottle caps and not twist caps. PS: By “we”, I mean Hispanic countries. I’m Puerto Rican and we have a few. I’ve also had several drinks from Mexico that are pops considered for kids that have regular bottle caps. I lived in Europe for years, but cans seem to remember there being any. Everything I’ve thought about from EU is stuff that comes in twist caps, mainly because the bottles are made out of thick recycled (and recyclable) plastic.

Hey Raya! I am a big fan of Harry Potter. The timing of this is because of Halloween coming up, nothing else. I failed in this video. I failed in not saying that, and not taking a moment to very clearly say I do not agree with any of JK Rowling’s beliefs towards the trans community. I believe that being trans, and being a part of the LGBTQ+ community isn’t a choice, it is part of who you are. Trans women ARE women, Trans men ARE men. It is as simple as that and they deserve complete equality, acceptance and love.❤️

I've never been a huge fan of Harry Potter I read the books and watched the movies but was never emotionally connected to it. I feel bad for the huge Harry Potter fans especially ones that are openly trans. I'm also so confused idk what benefits she gets from constantly bashing the trans community. Its not that hard to stay quiet on a topic.

I'd like to know if the timing of this video is at all related to the recent scandals with JK Rowling. Are you in support of her? Is this a coincidence? Are you unaware of her harmful views about trans people?
I understand loving the fandom/content but still standing against Rowling herself, it would just be cool if you addressed it so that we in the trans and nonbinary community know where you stand.

Hey Raya! I am a big fan of Harry Potter. The timing of this is because of Halloween coming up, nothing else. I failed in this video. I failed in not saying that, and not taking a moment to very clearly say I do not agree with any of JK Rowling’s beliefs towards the trans community. I believe that being trans, and being a part of the LGBTQ+ community isn’t a choice, it is part of who you are. Trans women ARE women, Trans men ARE men. It is as simple as that and they deserve complete equality, acceptance and love.❤️
