    You need to include equipment depreciation in your cost equation that truck will die one day and needs to be replaced from reserve capital.

    Care to share that load board haha averaging $4 per mile is very good with that many miles driven I only see $4 a mile on shorter runs Nothing long they are like 2.50 for dry. Id be living great if I could even get an average of 3.50. I am a brand new authority however. I actually got my authority by following the steps in one of your videos so thank you!

    Can you make a video on how to pay yourself as a fleet owner, owner operators and taxes ? I just got my authority in October and I have 2 o/0 leased on to me, I’m tryna avoid getting hit with taxes down the line if u can help I appreciate it

    You're recommending people get into trucking, but this market is inflated and will pop very soon. Buying trucks and trailers, also at inflated prices. So, when the market corrects itself; and it will, those people will have little to no chance of surviving.

    Hello! I didn't see how much you paid someone to run the load with should come out of the expenses to know what your profit is for the run. Can you explain this?

      Great question! In the monthly videos I do not talk about our company driver operated trucks. Only owner operated trucks. This is why there is no driver salary, workers comp or payroll taxes included.

    I'm currently in single pull RV transport with a ram 2500. I'm considering getting into hotshot hauling cars and or whatever. Would it be a good idea to do so? With the extra money for a trailer and equipment? I have a cdl class a with all endorsements other than hazmat

      0 went to the driver. As I always say, these are numbers for Owner Operated trucks not hired drivers. These are my partners in the company driving

      We pay 70 CPM on all miles, and after 6 months, 75 CPM on all miles. We use odometer readings for mileage

      The net income goes to the Driver who is also the owner of the truck. Prob what is not included are dispatch, payroll, accounting, tax expenses.

      My business partner travelled across the US to at least 50 dealerships, while I was sitting and refreshing the page on truck paper. Finally, we came across Truck Country IL- they have awesome trucks!

    You didn’t mention not one time the driver pay. You can’t have a net and not include the driver pay.

      You are 100% correct, there is no driver pay. As I keep mentioning in my videos, the monthly reports are on owner operated trucks, meaning my business partners (owners of the company) are also driving. We dont do salary, we do owner draws. I do not show videos of our company driver operated trucks at this time.

      Its insurance for interstate operations. For our new company, we are using progressive insurance.
