I live in Long Beach but I couldn't go cause of school work and other obligations but I'm glad you had fun. I don't know if it's possible to get there from Canada but Long Beach airport is way less of a hassle. It only has like 5 terminals so I wouldn't be surprised if Canada doesn't fly there.
