  • The LA Lawyers Philharmonic and Legal Voices, under the baton of its founder-conductor Gary S. Greene, Esq., recorded a virtual performance of "Schlof Main Kind" (A Yiddish Lullaby meaning "Sleep My Child") composed by Allan E. Naplan with text by David Einhorn. Members performed from their homes as part of the Violins of Hope project dedicated to Holocaust remembrance and highlighting instruments from the Holocaust. The Los Angeles Lawyers Philharmonic is comprised of an orchestra, chorus and big band. It brings the community together in harmony while raising funds for those who cannot afford legal services and other charitable causes. For more info, visit www.LALawyersPh....

Beautifully performed! And, one of the young children in the inset video featuring some of the 180 children liberated from Auschwitz (wearing striped uniforms) is Paula Liebovics, still very much alive and living in the West San Fernando Valley (she is the third from the left).
