Been watching Tom since early 90's. No matter what he does, he's SUPREMELY confident in his ability to entertain. The timid at heart can learn a lot from his confidence!
Complete set with original artists (in case you're wondering): 0:04 Shake (Sam Cooke) 4:33 Time Won't Let Me (The Outsiders) 8:18 Little Bit O' Soul (The Music Explosion) 11:53 Twistin' the Night Away (Sam Cooke) 15:38 Tossin' and Turnin' (Bobby Lewis) 18:25 Talk to Me (Little Willie John) 24:10 Ooh Poo Pah Doo (Wilson Pickett) 29:11 Roberta (The Animals) 33:25 The SpongeBob SquarePants Theme Song 34:22 Don't Be a Jerk, It's Christmas (SpongeBob) Where's Gary? (SpongeBob) [outro contains elements of "Shout " by The Isley Brothers] 45:51 The Best Day Ever (SpongeBob) Overall, that was a solid set. I'm impressed with Tom Kenny as a frontman and his knowledge of 60s rock and roll and R&B.
If you’re a huge fan of Tom Kenny (like me), this is the best suggested band you must know. I followed them in both Facebook and Instagram and they are really awesome in posting updates there. My favorite songs performed by them are, in my best order: I’m a Girl Watcher, A Little Bit o’ Soul, Tossin’ and Turnin’ and Roberta (Mad at You). My least favorite was apparently Try and Find Another Man; it was such a very sad song with very disappointing lyrics.
I have two great Tom Kenny memories. The first was back in the early 2000s when the entire cast was being honored by some guild in Beverly Hills. My daughter and I arrived early and were seated at the far end of the front row. Someone came out on stage and asked that the front row be cleared for Tom and the rest of the voice actors. They had enough room, though for me and my 11 year old to stay put. Imagine her thrill (and, being an ardent fan and a big kid, mine as well) when they all sat down next to us. The other memory when Tom came to the courthouse where I worked as a lawyer for the county. It was a day set aside for adoptions and Tom was there to see the kids and sign stuff. When I discovered this, I ran down to my office and retrieved my giant stuffed Spongebob. I waited in line and he signed it "To Leo and Angela, my two favorite air breathers.". To my wife's dismay, I still proudly display it. Thanks Tom. My now 31 year old daughter and I will see you on 12/17 at Farmer's Market.
Tom did amazing! ^^ What a sad, SAD, crowd that had no soul though, it must of been so awkward for Tom, he's having the time of his life trying to get them all to dance and everyone's just DEAD. T_T He deserves a WAY better crowd than them. If Tom was alive in the 50's and 60's EVERYONE would be dancing! ^^ (I just don't get my generation sometimes, HOW could they NOT dance to this or appreciate this type of music? ^^ Like, C'MON people, put your stupid phones down and DANCE!)
I came here to listen to the SpongeBob SquarePants Theme and ended up watching the rest of the video. Tom seems like such an awesome guy, his energy just made me feel a lot better, it was nice and i'm glad I listened to it. I know you will never read this Tom, but I really appreciate all the work you've done, i've rewatched so many episodes (and the movies) multiple times even though i haven't been a kid in quite awhile. I not only admire you, but your work and cannot express enough how much i love the entire show and of course, SpongeBob, Gary (or Gare Bear as I prefer him to be called lol) Patchy the Pirate and of course, the Narrator!
I’m meeting Tom at the Washington DC Awesome Con in March. I’ve been waiting for Tom to come to my area for a long time and now my dream is actually coming true🥺🥹🥲

I'm writing a 1950s WordGirl fanfiction so to have Tom Kenny / Two-Brains singing rock-n-roll on video is just... asdfghjkl; I need to make an animatic XD XD XD
@@johnvincelegason9644 Now thinking about it, he should of performed with them when they were still big in the early 2000's, they would of sounded great together. ^^
He sounds like Billie Joe Armstrong in 15 years. Of curse Billie Joe would be also great at r'an'r. The only questions remain are, first if Tom could sing a Green Day Song. And the second one if Billie Joe would be able to do a episode of SpongeBob.

I totally agree. ❤
You can tell he's having so much fun, the band is pretty good too
That crowd is terrible though...
@@princesspeachfan100 That's what I thought, too! I would be so excited to be there.
Tom truly is a man of many talents.

As a SpongeBob fan finding themselves curious as to what a more grown-sounding SpongeBob would sound like, the scratches that itch just right.
He's very talented.

He was bringing it around town that day! he he he 😂
Go Spongebob! Go Spongebob!
Tom is a classic. So nice to see him living his life.
His “slow mushy songs” just melt my heart 💗
Me too. He's brilliant. Such a talented man and a pure legend.
"Tell Tom Kenny what he wants to know" placed into the song was awesome.
Fab fun video. Tom is so fun, and has the best smile!
If I were in this crowd I'd be up and jumping around! Whats with them?

Wow, seeing this made me realize that he wasn't Spongebob... Spongebob was him. What a cool soul.
I’m seeing them in a week and I’m beyond excited, Tom has been a legend to me for as long as I can remember and this video has me so ready

Whoooo!
Besides singing can Tom Kenny play any musical instruments like a trumpet and guitar and piano
This is the orca on masked singer
The yellow wiggle ton Kenny
Tom Kenny the yellow wiggle
He's no Greg, but he's just as great! :)

What happened to him?
Nothing happened to him he's always loved singing and he looks like he's having a blast so what's the problem with that
Is that Sound at 0:00 the turtle sex Sound??
He should play buddy Holly, he looks like him
As much as I love Tom Kenny, this is the most bland and uninspired surf rock I've ever heard
but its fun
