QUICK 1HR SPINACH STEW

Hello lovely people, it's another beautiful video. Here I quickly fixed dinner right after work. Sometimes we are just so tired that cooking is the last thing we want to do but here I showed you how I made this stew.
As long as you have your ingredients prepped and ready,you should not spend long hours in the kitchen
My list of ingredients are as follows
Spinach
Chopped tomatoes
Crayfish
Bell pepper/onion/scotch bonnet blend
Palm oil
Seasoning cubes
Mutton meat
Tripe
Cowskin
