    Oh yeah.
    Although mine was built for Back Road fun, the idea was the same. Build light and go fast.
    I just finished a all-wheel drive with a torsion center, front, and rear diff's using CBR 1000rr. It's slightly bigger than what's here. Just over 900# with a Truck Body. It runs on 245/60/14 TA radials. Stops on 10-in discs. Weather on dirt or asphalt it will pull my numbing G's around corners. I'm sure these Racers have the same feeling.

    Most of these are exhibiting quite a bit of oversteer on corner entry and mid corner. What's driving that? Rear weight bias, not enough wing, not enough rear tire, chassis set up?

    • @TheYakkis
      @TheYakkis 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm guessing it's in the setup. I've owned 3 first gen mr2s and 2nd gear understeer was pretty bad._._._.__._.___then again, snap oversteer was an issue too at speed. These cars look much more stable . I think the idea is to drive the car with the throttle and lose a few tenths here and there rather than a sketchy game of the front tires snatching and launching you into a barrier.

      For gods sake who wants that? Suzuki always built engines with performance and durability! These hayabusa engines will run for a long time and there are alot of spare parts on the market ... Cant think off a better engine than the hayabusa engine. Put Yoshimura camshafts with a Powercommander and a good exhaust upgrade on these, and they are pulling something near 200hp. Cheap as fuck

      And the only thing wrong with the others that make them affordable? People like you who say they aren't the best.
