Hi I’m 16 i have been doing this since i was 13 and I started running at 12. I run a 39min 10k and a 69:58 Hyrox Hyrox is primarily a endurance sport so really focus on that don’t try to do to much real Hyrox specific work really focus on getting strong and as fast as possible so lots of compounds and lots of running if your gonna be racing you can start implementing Hyrox specific work. just focus on building a good base for now.
