I saw them in the full Keep Cooking at Christmas video a few years ago, but they seem to have been cut from every video that's still up. As I recall, you did swiss chard and savoy cabbage and something else. I think there was a little technique involved too. The steamed greens are the most inviting veg of the bunch, to me.
