Said it before but these ab workouts after a 15 or 20 minute bodycoach hiit session are ideal while at home watching the children! My 4year old daughter keeps getting involved to! Keep up the good work.
You animal! Started doing these and the 22 min HIIT exercises 4 weeks ago, definite improvement when I'm running or cycling and losing inches. However these should come with a public health warning - killer but excellent! Keep it going! ;-)
Hey Joe. Any chance of some more intermediate HIITs? You have plenty for beginners and "Ouch, Brutal" but not so many for those of us in the middle. Cheers.

I prefer the 5 mins abs wourkout; the exercises here, apart from the last one which is good, are not as effective in my opinion but still a good workout.
I found crunches etc did not remove the flab around my middle. Had to do aerobic exercises HIIT is a great one PLUS altering my diet. They say "Abs are made in the kitchen."
Have just tried this as something different from the athlean-X 6min abs and what can I say? This is shit, its way too easy, i struggled less with this than Joe did. Back to Jeff I reckon.

Issue is I can't decide which one of the abs videos I want to do xD
Anne Nordland I would do each one with a 5 minute break in between each one but it will take over an hour
I do one a day. Monday = 5 minute abs, Tuesday = 6 minute abs, and so on. Sunday is rest day :)
