    Ha ha, I just found this video by pure chance when I accidentally typed in the wrong thing the TH-cam search bar. This is my car. Built in 2010. Fun reading the comments below. FYI for those that didn't quite figure it out, yes I love both 80's prostreet style cars with a modern twist, but still 80's / 90s styling. Also needed to compromise on some things for full street rego (laws much tougher now than back in the 80s / 90s). Car is still the same and still gets driven regularly. Key theme was everything "smooth" (hence clean door cards and minimalist look.

    I remember wheels that looked like the first set in the 80's. I think the model name was revolver. And that shot of the dash with guages reminded me of the movie Wall-E.
    Ring, ring....... This is the 80's calling. I'd like my street machine back.

      Well, it's a 2011 magazine cover, so this build *has* been around a while... And it was built in Australia, so it's not gonna be a US or Canadian style car...

    Beautiful car, but those door panels and door handles need some love!

    I have watched a lot of your builds,and you guys definitely got what it takes to build awesome machinery.This is the first time I've seen the headliner done like this.Now you have my wheels turning.I really like the console,but wish you'd have access panels on the sides so you could get at whatever easily.As always beautiful machinery.

      rockymontana1 this channel isn’t the builder. They just post vids of others builders projects so that we can watch them in one place and get ideas, etc.

    interior is hideous...otherwise nice build

  • @1slotmech
    @1slotmech 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I like the ghosted flames... The wheels (this car was built in Australia in around 2010, looks like) are ok but look a little too much 1970's to go with the updated mirrors. If the car is still around, the interior could probably use an update as well. Still, it's a nice build, overall. :)

    Такое ощущение, что у владельцев маслкаров, кроме как сделать из нормальной машины драгстер, фантазии больше ни на что не хватает=/ одно и то же: большие колеса, посадка пониже, мотор самый большой.

    How do you keep it cool. 4core radiator pressure system? Big dual electric fans ? What have you guys figured out to keep it drivable. So you can run air in traffic

    Love 1st generation Camaro's, too bad it didn't have the hideaways though--looks like it was rust free to start with, that's sure unusual for them, usually they didn't last long especially in the Northern States, 3-4 years and time to sell or get out the bondo like they used to do in the day. So you ended up with 1 carb? 800+ is serious power, should be a 10 second car no problem with enough traction, nice color, be nice to make a little longer and show more after it was finished like interior and under the hood, specs, etc..

    Nice car, but it's not the black one in the beginning of the video. And it's not a Roadster Shop build like most in these series of videos.
