Just go to ur settings n search Multi Window.A page will be displayed with an option *use recents button* for snap window. Enable dat. When u wanna open press the recents button below for few secs n .....dat's it!
J6 is actually a very decent device by Samsung in this price segment.

The phone unlocks with closed eyes too... worst ever bug in the security. I have been victimed and my buddies opened it up while I was asleep😐
