This issue is stupid and shouldn't even be a issue.
I haven’t had it happen on ps4 or Xbox just ps5 it’s happened a few times with god of war and couple other games it’s annoying and it says I’ve synced enough games like I’ve synced to many to the cloud when it shows loads of space left on the cloud it shouldn’t be a problem

I was always getting this message when I play Hogwart's Legacy and i was always choosing "console storage" to keep the data. Once I clicked to "synchronize" console and cloud storage, I lost all saved data in the console. I could not find it. Do you know if there is any chance to get that data? Console and Cloud storage seem in line which I don't want to

Im playing Hogwarts and got to level 20 on my travel playstation. Now I'm at home and I'm still at level 15. I don't understand how to transfer my level 20 to my level 15 system.
Got a quick question because I can't find the answer anywhere yet obviously lol but I pre loaded Saints Row gold edition. I go to push download which would download the game plus dlc...but it says "something went wrong" but it still pre loads the game without the dlc.

I just turned auto sync off because I got a message everytime I loaded a game and I needed to choose which saved data I wanted to use and it was getting annoying, turning off sync is just easier

I need to clear/delete all notifications in the uploads/downloads. I share PSN with another account on my PS5, resulting in no option to clear these notifications on this account. Suggestion? Thx

Lost all my data in Resident Evil 4 🤦🏻
Such a stupid thing man, keep getting the same message everytime. It asked if i wanted to overwrite a data and i clicked on use the one from console storage on accident and boom lost 40hrs, every single game after a while i get these notifications🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻
They gave me the option to select which saved data to keep and the other would be over written. I chose the newest file of course but the older one was from a long time ago so it was sketchy.
