Impressive watching Cody working on his 955. I'm embarrassed to say that although my dad had an excavating company and we had, among other tractors, a 955 and a 933. But because we had an excellent mechanic I never learned how to work on them. Watching Cody makes me wish I should had paid more attention.
wow, what a great machine! thank you for sharing! when i was 9 year old i convinced a driver of similar machine to sit on his knees and drive a monster! they were digging clay for bricks nearby. man, i didn't go to school for a whole week because it was so fun to drive this thing! teachers and parents wasn't happy when they found out that i was somewhere else but school, imagine..:P but i have 30 hours or so of driving bulldozer experience, hahaha!
if you read your manual, says to tighten brakes like you did, then back off 9 clicks, which you are hearing, and also the distance to the brake pedal to the spec's distance like you did. Your doing it right, the pins and yokes. your doing the job correctly, keep up the good work on your 955 loader. Interesting to watch.

TRY using a copper drift on the end of the bolt to shake the thread with release agent spray ?
