Lettuce and Spinach in AeroGarden Farm: Day 75

This is a Day 75 update for our AeroGarden lettuce and spinach garden, with a quick update for each variety of plant, and how they've been doing. Black Seeded Simpson, Red Sails, Deer Tongue, Ferry Morse Lettuce Gourmet Blend, Burpee Spinach Salad Sensation Hybrid (germination with the paper towel method), and Rouge D'Hiver.
Now that all the plants are getting to the mature stage, we're getting some wonderful lettuce and spinach harvests, which are making for some great tasting salads!
A special shout out to @aerogardenexperiments for his great video on growing spinach in AeroGardens! I had tried to plant spinach seeds several times, and they never germinated.. but then followed his recommended paper towel method for germinating the spinach seeds, and that worked perfectly!

I had an older type of aerogarden grew loads of lettuce before the bulb went replaced with lcds

Yeah, we're really enjoying this unit! I'm glad we got the 36" version too, as the tomato plants on the left side have now maxed out that height. Still not having as much success with the tomatoes though... not yet anyways. :-)
