How much is in retail? How much is your salads or one clamshell are sold for at the grocery stores?

Thanks so much for watching! We sell a 5 ounce spring mix clamshell for $3.20 and a 9 ounce spring mix clamshell for $5.30

Yes. The majority of what we sell is wholesale to restaurants. The profit margins are much better to a grocery store though.
