This amazing tasting salad is a fantastic change of pace for your salad making. When you feel like stepping up from the traditional Caesar salad or simple salad with ranch dressing, this one brings the WOW factor! Whenever my wife prepares this for guests, people are always super impressed with this salad. This salad is normally made with a Spring Salad Mix that you can get from any store. In this video, we used our fresh harvest from our AeroGarden Farm XL unit. The lettuce used in this video are:
