poor girl didn’t cry talking about her mother leaving, being abused, being molested, but she started crying when she talked about her grandpa dying. its evident how much she loved him and i’m glad she had at least one person on her side looking out for her.
Your comment got me in the feels 🥺😞💔 My sisters and I were in a slightly similar situation and we also had our grandpa there. We were being abused while my grandpa was out and about and, if he was alive, he had no idea anything was going on. We were afraid of the repercussions of an official telling this family member because he could get scary 😰 My grandpa passed in 2001 but I left the apartment in 1999.
I couldn’t imagine the feeling losing the one and only person that had ever had your back. How scary and sad. Poor girl.

I like her. She was dealt a shitty hand and still wants to show kindness. These are the people we need to help.
Someone please help this soul get her life on track so she may go forward and do the humanitarian work that she craves to do!
When you say someone please help, remember you are fully capable of helping people yourself. Especially in your own community. I see people crying out for someone to help the interviewees on this channel like they're own feet are glued to the ground :( people need help everywhere, a smile, volunteering, whatever
@@mtzzz3013 I am volunteering in two places instead of fighting other counselors about how to treat my own clients who have never even smoked a cigarette. Its giving me way more good feels than those mean girls. They aren't doing anything but for themselves such as meeting for wine after work to complain about other people.

It’s been a while since I’ve had tears over a video. Now, this young lady got the best of me…I will have her in my thoughts and I pray she will move forward and away from the nightmare of a life she has been dealt with so far. Melissa never give up…❤

I could never stay sane after being beat so bad the fetus was bleeding out of me.
It's so traumatic I'm almost lost for words.
Her situation is a never ending circle because that happened because of drugs but then again after experiencing such a trauma she most definitely turns to even more drugs.
Sadly it never ends.
We must protect our children.

I just knew somehow molestation, drug abuse and prostitution would be part of her story, it’s becoming a vicious cycle amongst some young people, it’s shameful💔

Hey Melissa- everyone’s pain is relative. We all go through it, and it’s just as valid as the next persons’s pain. You’ve been through so much trauma - losing your mom, being molested, losing your beloved grandpa three days before giving birth, and then kicked out by your aunt. Almost dying at the hands of an abusive POS, the doctor and nurses treating you less than human …. And not having your five kids.
Please please recognize that you have survived SO much and have the grit and stamina t do so much more … clean. If you can survive all that, you can survive sickness and cravings. You have so much more to give the world - you even said it yourself - so please don’t give up on you. First step, get clean. And then get stable housing. One thing at a time. Best of luck and sending you so much love. ❤
Awww❤ such an empowering message I do believe she is soo strong and good hearted! She can thrive from here on out. It would be nice for to move to a good spot and apply for housing, go to school have a rewarding career. I pray she gets clean and chooses healthy n better things

The abandonment by the mother must be the one most horrible thing that can happen to a child. My God. I'm so so sorry. I had to stop listening a few minutes in, I was crying so much already. I hope nothing but the best for Melissa. May she be compensated for what she had to go through.
Emotional abandonment is worse because the parent is actually present but you know you will get absolutely nothing out of them. As you mature you realize,
"Wait this person just doing things. There's nothing behind it. No happiness, concern. It's all... Robotic... Just protocol"
If thy6 are gone then they are gone completely, it hurts but at least you don't have their presence to remind you of the deficiency you will always have. With a full abandonment you can accept the reality better but emotional it's always knawing st your heart.
The really sad part is that she now has 5 children that she abandoned.
Having an abusive one, who hates you is worse believe me.

@@1FairyGothMother Well, this is only a 30 minute video but, in my very humble opinion I would say she has a good soul, she’s sharing her difficult life with a stranger to put out there to thousands of opinionated gawkers which in itself is self deprecating, that tells me she’s accepted her fate whether it’s good or bad? I’m also going to add she’s definitely a lost soul and not a cause, we can look at the adults who brought her into this world for that. I also understand we have a difference in opinion which I fully accept and appreciate.

The drugs won't help. This girl is so pretty and has so much to offer and also to receive. The drugs won't help. I hope she gets the resources she needs.
What chance did she have without her mother showing her how to be a good mother, but instead, her mother is probably repeating learnt behaviours from her mother and so on.
I've got a similar story, but I walked away at age 19, also when I was pregnant. I've still got an addiction to cigarettes.
The grandfather lost his mother. The grandfather lost his wife and his kids lost their mother. Melisas kids have lost her as a mother. Theme's past down the line.
When I did my family tree and researched my ancestors the same themes and hardships were in their lives as my life. It's about breaking the loop. Which is dam hard. Especially if you are stuck in unresolved traumas.
Good luck Melissa, I truly hope you find peace. Traumas trauma it all has the same effect. Be nice to yourself 🤞❤️

The key is no matter who you are or what happened if ur breathing you have the opportunity to turn it all around every day.. so u can make excuses out of what happened to you or you can give yourself the love you need. Work ur ass off to improve urself and that will open all other doors

You can read between the lines…a few details of her responsibility in creating a mess. Poor thing doesn’t see it…but I do understand that she was damaged from age 2 and on starting when mom left. Drug use was a big part of her subsequent problems and when family kicked her out it was probably becuz of the drugs. What a sad cycle

I feel like she continues let herself down. She talks about the right path & says she has hope, but doesn’t seem to have a plan for herself. At some point, you have to decide to let go of the bad stuff/people. Give no part of your life to them. Screw them. No more blaming because that gives you reason to not push forward. Push yourself to succeed instead. It will motivate you to keep going & not stop. Focus only on what you will do to make things right for YOU. Your life is all yours. Only yours. When things get super challenging, push harder. At least this is what turned things around for me and those I love. Praying for her.
It's easier said than done. Carrying that amount of trauma plus an addition? Tons of us are trapped in our own loops and yet we have resources. I cannot imagine how near impossible ot is for people like her.

She looks so naturally strong like she could be in the Olympics if she wanted. All that happened was not her fault & it lies on them. I hope she can grow in strength & emotional fortitude, making a life for herself with all small happinesses growing more & more until she is fully happy one day, healthy, with love & light. A very sad story. I was at least relieved to hear that her children are not in her care at this time. As with so many other stories on this channel, drugs end up being more important than children 100% of the time. She struggled in life due to her parents abandoning her and yet she did the exact same thing to her own children. Someday her kids may be on SWU telling a very similar tale.
What a kind young soul she is and after everything still full of dreams. ♥️ I hope nothing but the best for her and that doors will open to get her into treatment and healing from her traumatizing past and into a new beginning. ♥️🙏
