I would appreciate unfiltered feedback on my current voice. I have a condition that makes it difficult to speak, especially for longer times when doing voice-overs. I think it sounds like I'm down and choking on potatoes, but that's just my self-critique talking, so I would like to hear what you think. Do you notice anything? Thanks :)
You did sound a bit tired but I wouldn't say choking on potatoes. But it's not that noticable. I'm sending a lesser restauration spell your way hoping it will help. ✨💛
"Day 45 in quarantine, the glue has been running rampant in the pantry. Attempts at negotiations have failed and I have resorted to defending what remains of my oats on ice. Reinforcements have been informed to maintain social distancing protocol, so I'm on my own here, god rest our souls". An excerpt from the Bard's logs, 4 months later
That Earthen Hand looks fantastic. That looks like a great technique for making weird trees. The Eldritch Spell Gate is full of interesting terrain ideas.
If your glue is melting too hot/bubbling, try keeping the glue sticks in the freezer until use. ( i've had this issue myself before i got a dual heat glue gun) It stops the glue overheating and reduces 'stringy' glue bits. Also, if you have some laying around as i always seem to, silicone sealer/ bathroom caulk is great for textures and mushrooms and such instead of hot glue! ( though the 'blowing noises' made me laugh so much!) Love your crafts, this video was awesome! Dont stress about the voice!
loved all the crafting, especially the claws and the eldritch gate. I like how you use materials that would otherwise just be rubbish, it shows almost anything can be useful with the right eye! also loved the inclusion of the lore and stats, very handy for DM inspiration
Really makes me appreciate all the supplies I have. Tons of craft stuff for me to procrastinate with -_- Great work! You really get the most out of what you got!
I like the longer videos and how much painting was in this, ingenuity is fun to watch. Making really formidable objects from almost nothing. Voice over is fine.
Your voice is great man! It is distinctive and unique to your channel. Plus, we're all nerds here. The quality of work speaks for yourself, and it's awesome! As for these types of videos, I like them a lot. I personally don't have a lot of space to hold large terrain pieces, so demos on DIY minis and spell effects are really up my alley!
It's awesome and empowering that you share and inspire how stuff can be simply made from scratch without being a professional sculptor, and still give really great result - thanks!!!
Those were all so cool looking. Your crafting is so clever because you take such simple supplies and work with very basic tools and then end up with all of these awesome final products. It's a lot more enjoyable to watch your videos because we never know what cool looking thing you're going to end up with, we just know we're going to like them. Also, our voice sounds much better to us than it does to you. Stay safe.
These are very nice, especially the eldrich gate has a super sexy paint job. I have been lacking motivation to make terrain lately since the plague forces us to play on roll20. But this craft gave me a ticking feeling in my glue gun scared fingertips. Thank you for an other great video 🤩
Keep it up bard. As per your voice. Do not apologise. It’s your voice! The video was awesome. You keep on making great videos with really good techniques.
This is a classic mistake. To troubleshoot, try shaking more vigorously to invoke realism. Another technique is to not only shake the terrain, but the table. This is a powerful way to increase urgency and tension. If you are going for a gritty, edgy campaign, you might want to break the terrain or the figures legs of you want the effect.
Really nice work man! I cant wait to show you the stuff iv crafted, I have an epic dwarven mine that I think you would love. Hope to have some videos up soon. Thanks for your great videos.
I have to say... I really love your videos! It's always a treat for me when I see your content in my feed, so thank you! :3 You quickly became my favourite craft TH-camr, I love the creativity and amazing results despite the cheep materials you use, it really makes me motivated to craft every time I see a video from you! It reminds us that we don't always have to spend hundreds of euros in our supplies, as very little can go a very long way! ^^,
Nothing wrong with your voice on this end. In fact, you sound a lot better than I do. And your developing your building skills in a ridiculous rate, to stay on topic 😸
I love these spell effects. They look awesome and I cannot wait to craft them, once quarantine is over... As far as your voice sounding weird, I couldn’t hear anything. Sounded fine through my headphones. Keep up the good work man!
Awesome markers. As to the unfiltered feedback; I noticed in a few locations as well as the nasally, "i'm in a can" type echo. But I deal with sound, too. As a result, I think I'm more picky than I need to be. Overall, I think, the sound is okay and is adequate to get the job done. Keep on making videos and be well.
More stats in the video would be awesome! I really like that pretty much everything you use is easily available. I see a bunch of channels using hot wire cutters a lot, and all I got is hot glue
Your voice is fine. I enjoy your 'turn-of-phrase' [style] when you joke. The sculpting with hot glue is a craft you've mastered, when the washes go on you reveal detail that many plastic-mini designers would be jealous of [if not already stealing - I know I will] Beautiful work with such economy. GW must hate you, lol.
Not gonna' lie... 1" Steel washers here cost me 22 cents. A quarter us roughly the same size and weight. You're about right. Lol As for your voice, It's not too bad. You're still speaking well and your alliteration is on point.
This was a nice video because of the multiple crafts and subjects that you created. I really liked the "mushroom" plant thing. It could be some sort of horror effect or undead tentacle monster, too. Drybrushing is such a powerful technique when used effectively. With all of your videos so far, you must be building up quite a large collection of structures, monsters, minis, and scatter terrain pieces. Are you usually the DM for your DnD games? Or do you support someone else as the dungeon master? Love the videos. Keep 'em coming. Thanks, --Bo
nice vid as always. do you plan to make a video about the campaign you are running? that would be very inspiring. i (we) just startet and had the 6th session today (i'm the DM) and i always seek for new insipration for the game and the campaign. :)
I just started playing Frostgrave and I really enjoy it. currently playing with random junk terrain, but there will be some videos on the upcoming Frostgrave table.
Very nice. Inspiring me to craft, even though my group is playing online. Still trying to figure out a way to use terrain online. But sadly buffering rates and bandwidth are limiting us to audio only so far. Tried Discord and Meet. Any other suggestions would be lovely.
You may try using Zoom, it's free, and you can show others your screen. It also allows video. I've been using this whit my group an I really recomand it.
I have a real interest in building. Various terrains and may attempt minature builds but I do not play any of the games. Therefore I was curious to how the story line for the scenery.
Cut out clear plastic shapes (from mini boxes or other packaging), glue them together and decorate with hot glue surfaces and tint with blue wash for ice. Similar with fire but make more "strips" than facets.
Thanks :)
Your voice is alright, I think most people will be invested in the craft and might not even notice.
I didint notice anything. Is alright.
You did sound a bit tired but I wouldn't say choking on potatoes. But it's not that noticable. I'm sending a lesser restauration spell your way hoping it will help. ✨💛
I didn't notice, 😅 feel better bro
Don't worry too much, your voice is really good! ^^
Don't over strain yourself, obviously, but it's not a problem for the quality of the video IMHO.

More lore! I would love to hear about the campaign you're running and the world that inspires these builds!
Seconded
Yes!!!
Your way of talking is distinctive, but I think almost only in a good way, makes your vídeos stand out
Really enjoy your voice man, feels laid back and relaxed which perfectly suits the video. Keep up the good work 👍
Oh the stat blocks are a nice touch
Those came out looking great
The lore and stats are a nice touch

Wow. That texture paste trick with baking soda just amazing
Seeing all your terrain put together at the beginning was awesome

The Oats, my brother!
Hopelijk volgen er nog vele van deze filmpjes.
Love them!!!

I love your voice it makes your videos more fun at times and I enjoy how calm it is, don't be hard on yourself :)
More lore for sure. Great video as usual!
Your creativity and innovation is refreshing. Keep safe

Love the lore and rule inclusion - always good to have another perspective when thinking up dnd stuff
These are very nice, especially the eldrich gate has a super sexy paint job. I have been lacking motivation to make terrain lately since the plague forces us to play on roll20. But this craft gave me a ticking feeling in my glue gun scared fingertips. Thank you for an other great video 🤩
Love this video and your voice over. Dont change and stay safe
I absolutely love your pillars. I'm gonna make those lice I get my hands on some foam
Keep it up bard. As per your voice. Do not apologise. It’s your voice! The video was awesome. You keep on making great videos with really good techniques.
Another magnificient video! Can't wait for next one! 🔥
Your videos are improving. Love the lore, and that you're learning as you go.
Love these a lot. Still watching them
I am so impressed right now!!!
The earthquake in the intro was the best effect of them all. Somehow other players get annoyed when I use it. What am I doing wrong?

This is a powerful way to increase urgency and tension. If you are going for a gritty, edgy campaign, you might want to break the terrain or the figures legs of you want the effect.
Fantastic videos, extremely enlightening and educational. I hope you continue the spell series!!
Really nice work man! I cant wait to show you the stuff iv crafted, I have an epic dwarven mine that I think you would love. Hope to have some videos up soon. Thanks for your great videos.
I Just want you to know that i use most of your content to emprove my diorama for my Games. Thank you for your originality
Glad to help, what type of dioramas do you make?
Great stuff!! Your foam looks great to work with. The ice tiles were fantastic
That paint is lovely. I might have to buy some 👍🏻 your paintwork is really good
Cool spell effects! Your voice sounds great. It's very soothing.
In reality I just have to speak extra slow and a bit lower so my voice does not crack 😄 But this seems to work
Hey Bard's Craft! I love your dead pan voice. Its unique to you and I think its great. Keep up the good work! Craft on!
I have to say... I really love your videos! It's always a treat for me when I see your content in my feed, so thank you! :3

The pylons along with the spell markers was the best point on this video. The coins are making those pylons stable while shaking them.
Awesome work man, really cool, lots of good ideas👍

that ship is awesome. Binge watching your work today. love it Subscribed! great work brother.
Guys I don’t play dnd but follow role playing content and love this channel lol
This will be handy. Greetings from Trinidad
Great video and subject matter. I would love to see more spells represented along with their stats.
Awesome stuff. Saving to my crafts playlist
Fantastic job! Love love love! I will be stealing some of your ideas for my Siren Head monster build. Thanks!!!
Holy balls - the patience! The results!

You give me good ideas for 3D models for printing.
Really good video Bard! Stay safe and happy mate.
Loved this. Thank you! Exactly what I needed today.
best video yet!
I truly enjoy your videos - so many great ideas!!!

I love your tiles! I am going to use Dovahkiin Fonts for the symbols!
We need to see more of Fey!
Excellent content! I’m feeling inspired 🤔
Super creative.. as always!
Muy chulo, lo tomaré de inspiración para mi canal. Enhorabuena!!
Really love your experiments and cheesy titles! How about some supreme summonings?

Those are all really great!
Thank you for your work. I think your voice is good, you have nice temp and sound to it.
This is excellent - the Eldritch token looks suitably horrifying!
I prefers lead instead of coins, try it. Bless. Great video as always.
More stats! I love all your work!!
Love your work
Can you do a video on your campaign, like what the storyline is, and maybe some lore/world building stuff? Nice vid :)
All.of these are incredoble but the claws looked like pro minis you would buy
Very good work. Actually it is great work. This gets my creative gears spinning. How would you create a magic missile, a dryad, & Tia Matt?
awesome work! but the mud paste... can it stick without glue???
*-* *Good*
_Bard_
Could you make a card stock wolf or dog miniature.
i love your art
nice vid as always. do you plan to make a video about the campaign you are running? that would be very inspiring. i (we) just startet and had the 6th session today (i'm the DM) and i always seek for new insipration for the game and the campaign. :)
can dry brushing be used as a source of ambient light?
Cool work one thing i started using with my hot glue gun is a electric cord with a foot switch to turn on and off the power of the hot glue gun
Do you play Frostgrave? These techniques and ideas are great for the spells in the base game and the plot cards introduced in a later expansion.
I would love to see some Bard Craft Frostgrave terrain.
I just started playing Frostgrave and I really enjoy it. currently playing with random junk terrain, but there will be some videos on the upcoming Frostgrave table.
@@BardsCraft That's really great to hear, and i'll be looking forward to it
I like your voice. It’s relaxing.
ahahahaha the Swedish coins thing cracked me up
Hopefully the finnish embassador will not get called into swedish government....
My immersion has increased

hi, I'm a beginner do-it-yourselfer, and I would like to know how you tear your paints with glue and water
I could see scaling up the hands and gate and using them as Halloween decorations.
Dam imagine if he used some good materials what would happen?
I'll share you're videos! Keep it up!
Thanks for sharing!
[Genial] saludos desde México👍👍👍
