This seems better than the Greninja UPC in every way. Cheaper, not a store exclusive, more packs, magnetic card holder, awesome cracked ice energies, and 3 actual promo cards instead of a lame metal ex card.
@@JacobLynch-ri4es the metal card is stupid. They did it with mew 151 upc as well. These things so thick and heavy. Cant use in a real deck. So theyre collectible? but worth nothing? so theyre essentially useless and stupid to store.
Fun fact: Rhydon is the first pokemon created that’s why it’s displayed all the the original games as statues. My favorite will always be Yellow Version!
@@nevercold808 and in general japanese fashion they only really do sales around christmas so they capitalize on all of those full price items being sold all year round. They should do us all a favor and make packs like 3 dollars again.

These UPCs are fun but I wish they were a little more spread out. They are losing a bit of their wow when there are so many released so close together.

so they just flipped the promo cards with the ones from Stellar Crown. 2 Full Arts get a gold card promo and a Gold card gets a Normal Full art promo. Pretty cool imo
I can only imagine if the eeveelution SIR's in prismatic evolutions had that cracked ice holo effect in addition to the texture... They've already got the stained glass motif going on
I'm liking the box. I do feel like the GameStop Greninja box will hold better just because it can only be purchased from GameStop. Same as the Arceus box.
Pretty cool idea on the display. Would be so happy if they could just reprint the Mew one with that. I sadly missed out on Mew UPC so I'm just watching eBay and the like. Probably just gonna yoink the promos. (Mew's my favorite.)
I JUST STARTED TO COLLECT POKEMON. i was big into MTG since Alpha, but i lost interest. but pokemon has sparked my enjoyment of collecting cards again. I got the purple and red box of scarlet and violet. as a prebuild mewtwo deck set as my first cards.

This box is actually way cooler than I expected it to be. That plastic display is a really cool idea, not to mention the energies.

This is by far one of the better collection boxes Pokemon has released. Looking forward to seeing what else Pokemon releases in the future.
I think this is much better than the Greninja UPC and the playmat is better than 151 playmat.
