Recently bought the Ropeless AMP Handle Set and watched a lot of foot work videos. you may be the only one showing each foot has 4 taps in the pattern. No one mention the 2 taps in the middle. Also bought the 1/4 ad 1/2 lb weighted ropes couple weeks later. Really want to get into the rope jumping routine.
I'll have to try this variation. I've been doing it jump both feet, tap one foot forward, tap both feet, tap other foot forward. Your variation is more like what I first learned as 'kick through' where you jump twice on one foot while the other kicks back and then forward, (off the ground). The Zen Dudes call that one fast skip. Your variation for Heel Toe Step is like doing that one but with the 'kick back and forward' foot making contact. Thanks, Dave!

Can I jump rope using light rope only everyday with no rest for 30 mins will it still effect every part of the body and is it okay to do 50 times jump rope and 1 walk and so on everyday will I lose weight I’m 13 years old and weighting 69 kg by using light rope

After trying other, cheaper ropes, I ended up buying my first Crossrope last week. IT. IS. AWESOME. Will never buy another brand of jump rope again!
