Another One Byron, awesome episode💥 Not only in the bush but in life everything happens for a reason and this video really shows that. Like a big puzzle piece that you get to put together everytime you go to the Bush The way you tell the stories of your wild wild journeys is truely incredible💯 Thanks for sharing and always going the extra mile in the way you do your videos and how deep you go, with the splashes pf comedy, it really is some of the best content going around and helping with the Kruger withdrawls. What a wonderful video, Byron, so good to see the bush through your eyes. My favorite sighting was the baby Lions, both encounters. Oh my goodness Byron, if you just knew what these videos of Kruger do to me. They actually leave me bawling my eyes out. I have neeeever been so homesick for Kruger in all my life! I literally 'grew up' in Kruger - there wasn't a year we weren't at least 2 or 3 times there a year. Study and business took me to Europe and I now live in Germany. The sound of hyenas and lions roaring at night still give me thrills and the doves coeing. ❤ Is it still such a safe place?
Hi Linda. Wow, thank you so much! I don’t think I’d be able to be that far away from the bush.. happy to be able to bring it to you in some way at least. Hope you can make it back here for a visit at some point 🤞🏼 Kruger itself is certainly very safe 💯
@@WildWildJourneys I will turn 70 next year and hope to be able to come with a ladyfriend. I certainly will so self drives, but the sunset drives will also be a must! Will probably fly into Skukuza and hire a car there at the airport. 1 and 1/2 weeks Kruger will definitely be for me!
There is a story about two twin white female cubs and their two tawny male cubs cousins escaping with their mothers Matimba and her sister the two lionesses came from Timovatti area .. That story was wonderfully done the time you were a guide. I love watching that video over and over on TH-cam, but the title says The White lions! Thanks for sharing your lovely video. ✌
Loving your videos ! They are super special and appreciate all the introspection and thought sharing 🎉 I’ve gone on a lot of solo adventures to Kruger and while sometimes it may be a little lonely, there is also something that keeps pulling me back!
What you were doing and how you are doing it is so so beautiful so holy so spiritual and watching your insecurity in certainly reminds me of different situations and sometimes that’s what it is when you’re that sensitive. How could it be anything else, it’s please don’t stop filming♥️✨✨✨✨✨🎶🌟🫧🫧🫧🫧🧡🐝
Thank you for sharing this. It was so nice to see all the animals and birds. It is always so nice to go to Kruger as the sole can replenish and rejuvenate. My Mom and I never thought that we would ever get back to the Kruger until it happened this year. We went in January 2024 and it was so fantastic just to be back there. An American friend was wanting to go and she said that she would take us. We will be going again this year in November/December with family that is coming from America. So we will have gone twice this year (2024). The last time we were there was with my Dad in March 2021. It was the last time that my Dad ever went to the Kruger or on any holiday as he passed away in July 2022😥. The Kruger has brought back special memories for me of my Dad and our family trips that we used to do when we were young. So thank you for sharing this. I felt like I was right there along with you. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🇿🇦
Hi Katy, thank you for watching. I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Completely agree on Kruger rejuvenating the soul. Happy to hear you’ve visited recently and you must be really looking forward to November already. I can relate with your Dad passing away, I also wish I got to spend more time with my dad in the bush before he passed away. But I’m sure you’ll cherish those times forever and continue making new great memories with friends and family 🙏🏼 Thank you for your lovely comments and thanks for being here
Hi Byron, greetings from the UK. Loving the videos, been to Shindzela twice, it’s an excellent camp. Looking forward to September when we will have 4 weeks in the Kruger. Mark
Your videos are always amazing!❤ The bush just hits different far away from all the chaos of the towns and cities a feeling of freedom home!❤ i love the kruger it is home❤
A truly magnificent video Byron! Your storytelling is amazing and it is refreshing to see you talk about the reality of the bush, some days are epic, others quiet! I agree that being in nature tends to bring out the kind side of people, something we all need to take to heart and practice. Coming back to watch this a second time after watching your BTS video also made so much more of an impact now that I have an inkling of the hard work and dedication that goes into making one of your videos. Just incredible wow. Keep doing what you are doing, your work is inspirational. We are headed to Kruger in a couple of weeks time and must say that this has been a boost for me to get back on track with my photography and also thinking that I may just have to swop out a few days for Maroela!! 🐾🤞🏻
Thank you so so much! It’s interesting to know that it was different kind of watch after seeing the BTS… great to hear you’re heading to Kruger soon. Maroela was such a pleasant surprise and I actually missed it once I got to Satara. Highly recommend it! Thanks again
@@WildWildJourneysI have followed the Birmingham Pride for more years than I can remember on Safarilive/Wildearth so it would be such a privilege to be able to see them again - hopefully I too am able to manifest them as you did! Plus I would love to see Casper as we had the best sighting of our lives in Kruger in 2014 when we saw his sibling's with 3 lionesses and 9 cubs on the S41 just a few km's north of N'wanetsi. It was one of those epic days! 👌🏻
@@deeroelofsz7660 they’ve been so busy around the Orpen area, so fingers crossed you get some time with them! That’s awesome, I always seem to miss Casper - just another reason to go back one day 🤞🏼
OK, so now you have been brave enough to say that you are aware of that thought pattern be brave enough to know and trust it is ONLY a thought pattern, dont fall victim to it, you have the will and option to change that by not believing it. Give Kruger Park another meaning- be like the Lions , be brave and go with the vibration of the place and not the menacing psychological mind but instead the creative mind. Let it go... even when it feels the most uncomfortable, in fact do it when it feels the worst, cuz if you are able to ignore negative thoughts at the moment they play out then you can ignore a negative thought anytime. Try it dont just buy it.x
Once again, a brilliant, heartfelt and beautiful piece Byron. You have a knack for capturing the beauty of nature as well as the feeling of connection to it. Can I ask when (approx) you were at Maroela? Heading to Tamboti in May so will be on the lookout for those lions 😇 Hope to have a fraction of the luck you had with them. Tips are welcome 😉
Thank you so much, such kind words! Maroela was 28 Feb - 2 March. The pride seems to be very active in the whole Orpen area at the moment, especially close to the Tamboti access road so hopefully you have some luck with them 🤞🏼I’m sure you do this already but try get out the gate as early as possible in the mornings and hope for the best 😂
Keep doing what your doing , when I started watching this video the first impression was how your videos are so clear and your production is so amazing I enjoyed watching this , I’ve definitely subscribed
Thank you, amazing video yet again. You're the best TH-camr I've watched for capturing wildlife and nature. Something about your videos is just so pure and relaxing. Small question: the roads were fine around Satara? When I visited in August they were corrugated, I felt awful after one hour of driving - I'm back in a few months to see some more parts of Kruger & South Africa (CAPE TOWN!! finally) so IF the roads are still bad I might stick to the main roads around.
Thanks so much, that’s an amazing thing to hear! The dirt roads around there are still fairly corrugated but I’ve definitely experienced worse. Hopefully they’ve been graded by the time you get there! I’m sure you can’t wait to get back 🙌🏼
Wow your video's are amazing! I think I liked this the best so far. I'll reach out to you next time im visiting Kruger again (hopefully October this year) for some useful tips :D Keep up the good work, we are loving it and it gives us a smile on our faces when we watch the videos!
Wow, thank you so much! Please do reach out and I’ll try my best help if I can. Happy to hear you enjoyed it and will definitely keep them coming until you get back out there!
Thanks, Mike! Awesome to have someone watching all the way in Peru. Maybe this is your sign to visit Kruger next time you’re back this side… thanks for subscribing!
Oh wow! The episodes keep getting better and better! Keep up the good work, definitely taking notes! Just 1 question though, notice that you hardly show any supports for your camera, do u shoot all your footages with the camera handheld?
Thank you so much, appreciate it! I did try out StediLens window contraption but still go mostly handheld I would say 90% of the time. I do need to find a proper stability solution though
And I might comment again with this the only thing that I really would love is, if they quietly you could put the name of the animal in the corner, cause I’m always trying to learn and so I need to see them many times with the right name, you know specially all the different deer, antelope birds and monkeys you know there’s so many so that I would love but that would be the only thing I could suggest. I just love this. I just turned you onto my sister because while she’s healing I said this is what you wanna watch. It’s so peaceful, spiritual, beautiful, and slow and perfect.🧡🌟🎶⭐️✨🌈🌙
The pride became scattered at this point with cubs going with different females so I think the others were in fact ahead of her. After this they did go in the same direction as the rest of them 👍🏼

I’m watching my third one in a row right now and I’ll do it all again. Yes, the tempo in which all of it the photography the way you talk the way you change scenes OK that’s enough. I’m crazy about it. Thank you.⭐️🪐🫧♥️
I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Thank you so much once again 🙏🏼
Is it still such a safe place?
Hi Linda. Wow, thank you so much! I don’t think I’d be able to be that far away from the bush.. happy to be able to bring it to you in some way at least. Hope you can make it back here for a visit at some point 🤞🏼
Kruger itself is certainly very safe 💯
@@WildWildJourneys I will turn 70 next year and hope to be able to come with a ladyfriend. I certainly will so self drives, but the sunset drives will also be a must! Will probably fly into Skukuza and hire a car there at the airport. 1 and 1/2 weeks Kruger will definitely be for me!
@@lindahess9798 sounds like the perfect way to celebrate!
There is a story about two twin white female cubs and their two tawny male cubs cousins escaping with their mothers
Matimba and her sister the two lionesses came from Timovatti area .. That story was wonderfully done the time you were a guide. I love watching that video over and over on TH-cam, but the title says The White lions! Thanks for sharing your lovely video. ✌
I wasn’t aware of that. Thanks, I’ll definitely go give that a watch 👍🏼
Loving your videos ! They are super special and appreciate all the introspection and thought sharing 🎉
I’ve gone on a lot of solo adventures to Kruger and while sometimes it may be a little lonely, there is also something that keeps pulling me back!
Thanks Wesley! Appreciate the confirmation of that as well 🙏🏼
We love you, thank you for sharing ❤
Thank you so much. Feeling the love 🙏🏼
What you were doing and how you are doing it is so so beautiful so holy so spiritual and watching your insecurity in certainly reminds me of different situations and sometimes that’s what it is when you’re that sensitive. It’s like you just never you don’t know if you’re good enough, but you know you’re good enough because you love it so much. How could it be anything else, it’s please don’t stop filming♥️✨✨✨✨✨🎶🌟🫧🫧🫧🫧🧡🐝
Thanks so much for your beautiful comment. I really appreciate it, and it’s extremely encouraging 🙏🏼 I certainly won’t stop anytime soon!
Well done Byron, another brilliant episode. Can resonate with a few things you went through there! Loved the lion communication too!
Really appreciate the kind words! Ah, those lions were truly amazing to have like that… thanks again for watching 🙏🏼
Never knew you existed until now. That was spectacular. Thanks. I was in SA back in 1997-98 but never went to Kruger. I'm now subscribed.
Glad you enjoyed it, Helene. Happy to have you here
I understand the feeling, often feel the same, but not half as good as you are. You are great keep it up and thanks for sharing
Thanks very much, Sheila. Appreciate that
This is beautiful Byron! Well done
Thank you, Sean!
Great video Byron. Glad to see you getting to do what you love bud. Keep it up
Hey, Ash - thanks so much man! Hope you’re keeping well
Byron your videos are excellent, I can watch them all day every day over and over again. Keep up the good work! And one day come visit us in Namibia.
Thank you Hanjo, that’s amazing to hear! I certainly plan on visiting soon 🤞🏼
Hello from Thailand. Love your video. Just enjoyed watching it so much. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Tommy, thanks so much 🙏🏼 happy to have you here
You footage and captures are off the charts. Another spectacular video.
Thanks so much!
But I’m sure you’ll cherish those times forever and continue making new great memories with friends and family 🙏🏼
Thank you for your lovely comments and thanks for being here
i watched your documentary guys it was great and peaceful and you played my favorite song human spirit
Thank you so much, I’m happy you enjoyed it!
Hi Byron, greetings from the UK. Loving the videos, been to Shindzela twice, it’s an excellent camp. Looking forward to September when we will have 4 weeks in the Kruger. Mark
Hi Mark, I appreciate that. Thanks for watching. 4 weeks in Kruger sounds amazing. Perfect time of year too. Enjoy it!
What a wonderful video. I very much enjoyed it. Beautifully filmed and edited.
Thanks Linda, glad you enjoyed it!
What a beautiful contemplation❤❤❤
Wow, Byron... You are amazing. I would love to do a photographic safari with you and learn all your incredible skills.
Wow, thanks Jed. Still feel very much like an amateur at this but who knows, maybe one day!

The bush just hits different far away from all the chaos of the towns and cities a feeling of freedom home!❤ i love the kruger it is home❤
Thank you! I totally agree.. freedom and home 💯
@@WildWildJourneys indeed, when you are out there with nature, you forget all your problems❤
That’s awesome, I always seem to miss Casper - just another reason to go back one day 🤞🏼
Wow , love your work . Amazing
Thanks very much
Lovely video sir❤❤ I Really enjoyed it
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it 🙏🏼
Just came across your channel. Beautiful content!!! All the very best! Intention and manifestation are powerful things. Never underestimate them.😇
Welcome to the Journey! Thanks Mario - appreciate you being here 🙏🏼
OK, so now you have been brave enough to say that you are aware of that thought pattern be brave enough to know and trust it is ONLY a thought pattern, dont fall victim to it, you have the will and option to change that by not believing it.
Those are some very wise words and so so true. I love the Lion reference 👌🏼 thank you so much, that’s a valuable comment 🙏🏼
what a wonderful content. you look like Cesc Fabregas of Spain.
Thank you! Haha I’ve heard this before.. What a player 👌🏼
Lekker - you put so much emotion and feeling into this video - you make it personal - nice work.
Thank you John, it’s really great to hear that as I sometimes worry that it’s a bit much on that side of things… Thanks for watching!
@@WildWildJourneys Thanks Byron! Definitely will aim to go out early 😉
I will be going alone to Kruger for three weeks in September. To become one with the African bush for a short while. Your videography is awesome.
Thanks so much Kevin. That sounds like the perfect way to connect for three weeks. Enjoy it!
Please keep going .... You're doing an amazing job. Tell those voices in your head to just shut up 🙏🏼
Happy to say those voices have gone silent 👌🏼 thank you
Keep doing what your doing , when I started watching this video the first impression was how your videos are so clear and your production is so amazing I enjoyed watching this , I’ve definitely subscribed
Thank you so much for the kind words. I’m happy to have you here 🙏🏼
Just subscribed love your videos keep them comming
Thank you! Happy to have you here
Thank you, amazing video yet again.
Absolutely love everything about your videos! Your love and appreciation of nature just shines through. Hooked.
@@allisonvanvuuren6 thanks so much!
How I love your channel man! Best of the best 🤩, longing for the bush now
Thanks so much man! 👊🏼
Wonderful! Pro quality footage & amazing sound. New subscriber here, ex-Cape Town now living in Cusco, Peru, never been to Kruger, must go.
Thanks, Mike! Awesome to have someone watching all the way in Peru. Maybe this is your sign to visit Kruger next time you’re back this side… thanks for subscribing!
Killer Video bro keep rocking it man 💪
Thanks so much, Troy! 🙏🏼
Mahalo nui loa 🙏🙏🌺🌺.
Love your videos! Love everything about them. Keep up the good work! Was this one filmed in March? Wish you a great day!
Thank you Lynn! Yes, I was there from 28 Feb to 5 March 👍🏼
more white cubs, Casper's maybe😊
And I might comment again with this the only thing that I really would love is, if they quietly you could put the name of the animal in the corner, cause I’m always trying to learn and so I need to see them many times with the right name, you know specially all the different deer, antelope birds and monkeys you know there’s so many so that I would love but that would be the only thing I could suggest. I just love this. I just turned you onto my sister because while she’s healing I said this is what you wanna watch. It’s so peaceful, spiritual, beautiful, and slow and perfect.🧡🌟🎶⭐️✨🌈🌙
Hi did the lioness find her other 3 cubs seems she was was missing 3 at 12.27
The pride became scattered at this point with cubs going with different females so I think the others were in fact ahead of her. After this they did go in the same direction as the rest of them 👍🏼
Believe your inner feelings, maybe it's just not a good day to be in the Kruger,it's dangerous and intuition is key
Intuition always key 💯
