Love to see some combo tutorials Just got back into the game and cyberse was my favorite deck. Like the new cards and your take of the deck. Plays slightly different from the normal link u lock with iblee
Essentially, they are forced to negate Swords with Guardian or they will just lose the negate. It's not the greatest but I was running out of side deck slots and Swords ends up being a massive blowout against Melodious, so I went with that logic. If you want better options for Voiceless you can try Lightning Storm/Harpies, and if you combine it with Forbidden Droplets you end up clearing their whole board. - Jesus
I always felt one of Ignister's greatest strengths was how compact the engine is, and the absurd amount of non-engine you can play (Cyberse in general is basically Snake Eye but with type locking). At least personally, I think overloading the deck with extenders and multiples of easily searchable stuff (even Micro Coder can be fished out via Teraherz into Splash) defeats the purpose. But hey, I'm not trying to correct the guy who won the tournament, just what felt most comfortable to me back when I was on this deck
Maybe when the Fusion comes out, right now its very much open all the right pieces to end on the massive board. or end on a board you went minus 4 to just end on the 5k monster and the trap or worse, get ashed and pass turn!
That's correct, I chose to not respect Purrely. The deck is not in a great place this format. Ghost Ogre and Dimensional Barrier are 2 very popular cards being played right now for Tenpai and both are really strong against Purrely and as a result the deck has been nerfed indirectly by the format. However, if you do see yourself in a game against Purrely, Forbidden Droplets is still a great answer against a Noir with 6 or Less Materials (As soon as they use Noir effect). If your locals is filled with Purrely you can always make adjustments to the side, and put in Kaijus/Herald. - Jesus
It plays pretty smoothly, right now Forbidden Droplets is really strong against all the top decks(Snake eyes, Branded, Voiceless, Melodious), with the exception of Tenpai, however the deck natually beats Tenpai with Terahertz. - Jesus
Combo? No but seriously though, very interesting build. Seems like it has many ways to power through disruption for some consistent board presence. Seeing what you consider an optimal board for this would be great.
The board I would consider the most optimal would be Terahertz(With gatchiri effect, which would mean an 8000 unaffected monster, which likely means you are not dying), Heatsoul (Which helps keep the resource momentum, if he survives until your turn, thats a +3 situation), Cynet Conflict Set and both Pegasus(Synchro) and Desavewurm(Fusion) in the Grave. Essential 1 Wall, 2 Negates, 1 Shuffle back. If you want to go beyond the bounds you can extend into Code Talker and Cynet Backdoor Set (As another "Compulse" type of disruption). However, I would not consider that optimal(And only a preference), since you are likely to not get otked, and those extra 2-3 cards can be used to push hard on the crackback. Essentially, one should be smart about what to negate with Conflict and the Fusion to dwindle down their opponent and then have a smooth ride on turn 3.
Swords is mainly the option I use for Melodious. Which as you know will turn off the main disrupts (Bounce/Banish effects) and on top of that turn off the protection lock (Battle,Destruction,Targetting) that they setup. While Book of Eclipse provides the same blanket effect, its a card that can easily be countered by Ash blossom. It might be true that it can act as an "Ash Bait" but for this Deck you will have a much easier time playing through an Ash than playing through the Melodious Standard board. - Jesus
@@sinistergaming_tcg makes sense! If you do wanna give eclipse more of a reason to put in over swords though, I will add that if you play against tenpai going first then you can flip it when they have white and red dragon in the battle phase and it’s basically like d-barrier but they can’t link either. Yeah, they’ll get a draw 2, but it’s better than losing if they get to that point. Still tho, swords is great.
Why no dark Templar? Going +3 is nice
I just saw that you don't play Dark Templar @Ignister in the extra deck, is that card not really good ? (i'm quite new to @ignister)

very good deck profile and theory will definetly try it out at locals but how does swords in side deck counter voiceless

both concealing, blink out and foolish are cool cards to side but none of them work against purrely, did you just choose to not respect the deck or?

Combo guide?
No conflict in main?
Cynet Conflict is mained. Also, I have provided a full decklist in the description.

Interesting, how did you feel playing no handtraps in the main?
It plays pretty smoothly, right now Forbidden Droplets is really strong against all the top decks(Snake eyes, Branded, Voiceless, Melodious), with the exception of Tenpai, however the deck natually beats Tenpai with Terahertz.
