un gusto jugar contra ti soy el spright fiendsmith jeje
Learning a ton from your video, so im still newish to this deck please forgive me, but at 8:39 would it be better instead of going closed moon to fuse into purple berfomet and dump necrom to get all your fiend smith engine online +one extra body? I dont even run closer moon in my build because i dont have issues of getting fiendsmith engine online generally
what do you mean if u have 2 boarders up? isn't that an illegal board state???
You can set boarder then flip it next turn if one is already on the field. It happens when the game state is simplified or they keep passing turn and you can barely use Runick spells.
@@sinistergaming_tcg ohhhhhh dang!!! I didn't even think about that
Thoughts on maindecking three amano in the new format? Going second is incredibly rough, as well as having the option to make Bagooska going first it seems like a resonable choice to me.
If you’re having a hard time going 2nd, I think the Amano is fine at 2 tbh. The only board you can’t crack is the memento fiendsmith board with Amano because they have trap interactions. At some point when you start going first, you will draw 2 Amano and make your demise weaker or just straight up draw into them. Can swap the boarder and Amano. I’m also testing shifter in the side in place of dogwood and finding success there when I don’t see Amano or sphere mode.
I place sphere modes in the main it was clutched going 2nd in this new format. Also time tearing morganite helps.
I’ve considered main sphere mode. It’s possibly the move based on Niagara results!
Thoughts on card scanner ?
Honestly, never tested it but Desires has always treated me really well. I just don’t like that card scanner is quite heavy on going first and living through the first turn.
Hey brother, very good job. I kinda switched over to a more casual YGo player (prices are nuts) but This is my competitive deck! GJ
Prices are very insane! This deck is great if you want to remain competitive yet budget. Would recommend to learn the other decks fairly well to understand how they crumble, think that’s what separates a solid stun player from your average.
This guy goes to my locals and is the king
You cant feel like a good yugioh player performing with this rubish deck .. u making no friends on tournaments with this deck🤣
That sounds like a literal skill issue on your end. Wish you luck on getting more friends!
In what type of situations do you usually go for sp? I know you said that you go for her to unclog the emz, but wouldnt you keep the emz clogged when summoning her? Btw, nice decklist tho, very similar to mine!
Sometimes your board gets clunky. You make summon a Munin with an inspector boarder predicting if your opponent has cosmic. After some time, they may begin not to play any cards until they can make a big push, so you can’t use Runick cards because the EMZ is clogged. In that case, you will use SP so that way in a new chain after using its effect, you can hugin protect again. EDIT: Also I’m in simplified game states where you are top decking you can go hugin, get fountain and make S:P, holding onto Fountain until you get your next spell.
@@sinistergaming_tcgfair enough! Btw, any tips when going first? Do you take any runick card out? Or do you only take floodgates?
Only golden droplet depending on the matchup. You want access to Hugin protect / fountain early and save judgment for cosmic. Yes, typically a couple floodgates come out for the judgments. Some floodgates like rivalry and gozen are bad vs tenpai for example. You wouldn’t need them in the first place.
@@sinistergaming_tcg thank you for the tips! I've been really struggling with sidding, because I'm playing 3 judgments and 2 tyrants on the side deck, and I can't really figure out how to get 5 slots free
Congrats for your top! Do you have any sife patterns? I cant manage to get how to side 😢
Typically for going 2nd: - Swap Boarder for Amano - Golden Droplet, Smiting Storm, and Dispelling for any 3 of (like sphere mode) - 1 Desires, -1 synchro zone, -tirade - 1 any floodgate that doesn’t work well in a match (gozen, rivalry, tcboo). Then typically goes in 1-3 cosmic depending on the matchup and even 2 judgment going 2nd against tenpai or a deck with no negates. For going first I will take out 1 golden droplet, any bad floodgate(s) for 3 judgment. You typically want to open 1-2 runick spells to protect vs harpies in G3 going first.
Love this, thanks @@sinistergaming_tcg
What you think about 3 dimensional fissure? I just think it really good and I would want to see it often but maybe 3 is too many. I don't know
Maybe consider siding the 3rd when you know you are going first!
I was one of your opponents and tbh I had fun lol congrats on top btw 🎉
Thank you! Which deck or round did we play?
@@sinistergaming_tcg round 3 and I played tenpai haha
I can't imagine playing 6 Tenpai matches in a single tournament. What a nightmare.
Runick stun match up into tenpai is pretty good for runick stun.
Like Wes mentioned, it’s a pretty favorable matchup but you can lose if you’re too reckless!
@@wesmoorer3638well not really, it depends on the build: most of the time tenpai decks has lime 19/20 board breakers ahah
@ilgattoyuumi I mean, yeah, that is true. I mean, you have Hugin to protect, slumber to stop attacking, Geri as defense, a Syncro zone so they can't attack with their main deck monsters, and one day of peace. I can see if they draw the right combination of board breakers it could be very bad. Oh you have flashing fire on monsters and destruction on field spell
@@wesmoorer3638 yes, in theory is all good, in game is a bit different 🤣
The sirens going off in background while going through rescue ace is fitting
When can you ever utilize evil hero searching dark fusion without hard opening?
You cant, but playing dark fusion turnes a semi-brick into another way to grab a fusion spell.
First time in here. Bro cool deck, seems realy fun!!! I'm gonna try.
Great YT Channel name
Hi man! Do you think that in the next format with the Mulcharmy Fuwaross this deck will suffer a lot?
It affects every deck, best thing we can do is prepare lines that commit 1-2 extra deck summons like a Guardian Chimera line + Mythical King to send.
Great video. Lots off good info. Only thing i noticed is that at 15:45 you went into king Ceasar when u where locked into fusions with big winged berfo. Other than that i love the deck myself and have been playing it since day one as my main. Not a lot of love from content creators for this deck so its nice when i find combo tutorials and deck profiles. Tnx for the video and keep posting content on it.
Good catch, worst case you can fuse the bodies away in that instance. Thanks for watching!
Can we get a stun profile
Tell me this is cap! (I can def share if not)
@@sinistergaming_tcg haha no cap I’m serious
Bro abandoned Lab smh 😪
Horrible yubel AND FK SE matchup. Not the time to play it!
Out fiendsmith desire ? Why bro
You don’t lose to any board breaker other than tenpai’s raigeki + dark hole together. Diabellze will carry you through droplet, eclipse, evenly, etc. I also mainly make Caesar and bridge the engine like in these combos, but Desirae is very useful when playing cards like Metaltronus in the side. It just depends on your local meta.
Was waiting for this video after I saw the profile! This profile inspired my own creation of Chimera fiendsmith
Glad you got ideas from it. There’s so much to cover with this deck you can play it however you want!
With Ariel Eater you can also banish double Edge Imp chain which has came up for me on more than one occasion
Hey, you can fuse 2 edge imps to make him, but you can’t summon him by banishing from grave. It requires 2 level 6 or higher fiends which is basically engraver, magnum, or mythical king berfomet. Just letting ya know!!
@@sinistergaming_tcg reading is hard lmao I may have don’t that at locals 😭
I love seeing Deck Profiles on Chimera. It is a fun deck to play and would love to see a combo video!
Drops tomorrow! There’s so much to cover, but maybe I can also do a video of test hands or how I would play out hands. Most of the time you play with your whole hand in Chimera combos.
Please add combos video
Tomorrow!
Def combo video if you don’t mind
Look for it tomorrow!
Wtf. This is almost exactly my personal list. I am playing Chimera since a year now and a few months with Fiendsmith. Happy to see someone who is competent with deckbuilding. The differences: I am not playing Foolish&Dark Fusion aswell as only 2 M-Knight. Therefore i play 3 Engraver, 3 Droplet, 3 Talents. Also in the extra i highly advise to play cross-sheep instead of Moon because it combos extremely well with Necroquip if you send M-Knight with Mythical King. I also play Silhouette Rabbit and Azurune because with Engraver + Edge Imp you can full combo through Rabbit without locking you into fusion midway
Yes combos! Awesome video, really appreciate the breakdown.
I’ll cover some tomorrow, there’s honestly so many lines to cover 😅
Solid list!
Combo please 😊
Coming out tomorrow!
Nice video man !! I would really like to see combo video
Love to see some combo tutorials Just got back into the game and cyberse was my favorite deck. Like the new cards and your take of the deck. Plays slightly different from the normal link u lock with iblee
Cool deck! What was the Chainsaw Man Field center you had towards the end of the video?
Hi, it was from a CCG. Got it on eBay. Search "Chainsaw Man CCG Anime Waifu Doujin Holo Foil Card"
Would love to see a combo video on the @ignister deck❤❤❤
Very godd! 😎🤌🏻
Combo guide?
I always felt one of Ignister's greatest strengths was how compact the engine is, and the absurd amount of non-engine you can play (Cyberse in general is basically Snake Eye but with type locking). At least personally, I think overloading the deck with extenders and multiples of easily searchable stuff (even Micro Coder can be fished out via Teraherz into Splash) defeats the purpose. But hey, I'm not trying to correct the guy who won the tournament, just what felt most comfortable to me back when I was on this deck
Deck still viable without TTT, Thrust and droplet?
I've played the Branded variant as I haven't got an S:P or Ty-phon, wanna branch into a Pure Version but funds/Nationals coming up in a couple weeks with limited time I can spend practicing means I'll still be playing Branded more than likely, but I love the look of this list!
I have yet to go into S:P but Ty-phon is particularly nice when you’re D barriered without Apprentice! I’d say the Chaos angel comes up the most out of all the non-fusions.
@sinistergaming_tcg Hoping to get at least a Ty-phon to at least practice with it a little, would it be worth having the 2nd copy of King of Phantom Beasts instead of the S:P if on a budget? I've got it, but seen a lot of people playing Pure and dropping it to 1
1st
Why no dark Templar? Going +3 is nice
Combo? No but seriously though, very interesting build. Seems like it has many ways to power through disruption for some consistent board presence. Seeing what you consider an optimal board for this would be great.
The board I would consider the most optimal would be Terahertz(With gatchiri effect, which would mean an 8000 unaffected monster, which likely means you are not dying), Heatsoul (Which helps keep the resource momentum, if he survives until your turn, thats a +3 situation), Cynet Conflict Set and both Pegasus(Synchro) and Desavewurm(Fusion) in the Grave. Essential 1 Wall, 2 Negates, 1 Shuffle back. If you want to go beyond the bounds you can extend into Code Talker and Cynet Backdoor Set (As another "Compulse" type of disruption). However, I would not consider that optimal(And only a preference), since you are likely to not get otked, and those extra 2-3 cards can be used to push hard on the crackback. Essentially, one should be smart about what to negate with Conflict and the Fusion to dwindle down their opponent and then have a smooth ride on turn 3.
- Jesus :)
@@TheLaisha10 Step by step for the main combo?
@@TheLaisha10would love to see a combo video/ test hands I possible. Really like the deck profile ❤❤
Do you see the lines?
both concealing, blink out and foolish are cool cards to side but none of them work against purrely, did you just choose to not respect the deck or?
That's correct, I chose to not respect Purrely. The deck is not in a great place this format. Ghost Ogre and Dimensional Barrier are 2 very popular cards being played right now for Tenpai and both are really strong against Purrely and as a result the deck has been nerfed indirectly by the format. However, if you do see yourself in a game against Purrely, Forbidden Droplets is still a great answer against a Noir with 6 or Less Materials (As soon as they use Noir effect). If your locals is filled with Purrely you can always make adjustments to the side, and put in Kaijus/Herald. - Jesus
Why play swords and not book of eclipse?
Swords is mainly the option I use for Melodious. Which as you know will turn off the main disrupts (Bounce/Banish effects) and on top of that turn off the protection lock (Battle,Destruction,Targetting) that they setup. While Book of Eclipse provides the same blanket effect, its a card that can easily be countered by Ash blossom. It might be true that it can act as an "Ash Bait" but for this Deck you will have a much easier time playing through an Ash than playing through the Melodious Standard board. - Jesus
@@sinistergaming_tcg makes sense! If you do wanna give eclipse more of a reason to put in over swords though, I will add that if you play against tenpai going first then you can flip it when they have white and red dragon in the battle phase and it’s basically like d-barrier but they can’t link either. Yeah, they’ll get a draw 2, but it’s better than losing if they get to that point. Still tho, swords is great.
No conflict in main?
Cynet Conflict is mained. Also, I have provided a full decklist in the description. - Jesus
Interesting, how did you feel playing no handtraps in the main?
It plays pretty smoothly, right now Forbidden Droplets is really strong against all the top decks(Snake eyes, Branded, Voiceless, Melodious), with the exception of Tenpai, however the deck natually beats Tenpai with Terahertz. - Jesus
@@sinistergaming_tcg 🤙🏼great to hear, how do you feel about triple tactics thrust?
