I'm not 100% but I think they doubled or tripled his original recording and those extra tracks were very slightly pitch shifted down and there's a little bit of reverb. That's usually how you create this sort of evil, demonic sounding voice like darth sion or someone like fable tlc's jack of blades. You can also tell the actor himself has a good voice even before you do anything to it, that greatly helps the final product.
