Sana lang Wala n "atty or tao nila or have interest also to the property" resort to delay such as receiving letters or RD saw by court order frm such offices concerning land
Yun ? through court proceedings Khit n sobra tiyaga followup hintay frm govt attys kung sort of "indigent" in cash ang plaintiff example against a "mayaman" or a govt or tao nila "maybe have interest on the property" that cause delay for eCar and etc. tax clearances necessary for it, even if an heir have diligently followup to various govt offices concerning land to effect transfer name in title for an heir, as a case example, to "enjoy" or benefit from the use of their property as by law "equal to the other coheirs or coowners"

Magandan umaga po ATTY. ask q lang po ksi po ,ang lupa po na kinatitirikan ng aming bahay ay hinde po sa amin pero may isang nagpakilala po na siya ang may ari ng lupa kaya po cya ay naniningil sa amin kada buwan ng 1k.pero wla po itong resibo at wla din po kaming nakita na proof na cya tlga ang may ari ng lupa na ito.ngayon po,patay na po ang tao na yon,pero may bago nman po na gusto maningil sa amin kada buwan ksi po cya daw po ay anak nong taong dating nagpakilala na may ari,.ang tanong ko po dapat po ba kaming magbayad kht wla po kaming kahit isang proof na nkita mula sa kanya na cya tlaga ang may ari ng lupa?
